Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. The ortho explained every step clearly and answered all my questions. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments were always on time. I'm very happy with my results and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

The most ignorant, un-helpful, un-caring Dr. I’ve been to see him Twice, in the Al- Qouz branch, the first time I felt he was very rude and ignorant, unfortunately after the insurance declined my Cortisone injection, this day I couldn’t afford to pay for it that day, as my insurance had payed for the x-ray and Radiology. On return few months later he refused my needing an injection even though the X-ray & Radiolgy stated I had onset ‘Trigger Thumb’ and it had gotten worse, hence my second visit to recieve the injection he promised me on the 1st visit . His answer, I don’t feel or see anything. I told him where it hurt when he pressed it, he disagreed, making me feel like I was fabricating my condition. I physically stood pleading for him to give me the Injection he promised the first visit, on this he said to me “Don’t stand in front of the Doctor “ He’s a horrible man and certainly shouldn’t be caring for Patients . My first impression of him was Rude and ignorant, and I was correct after the Second visit. I left in tears . Never want to see this man again .
