I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited this clinic. First of all, I’d like to mention the exceptional service provided by all of the receptionists, especially Karem. They are always welcoming, professional, and helpful. I visited a family doctor for a general check-up and received a clear explanation of my test results, along with helpful recommendations. I’d especially like to thank Dr. Ahmed, the orthopedic specialist, who thoroughly examined my wrist, ordered an X-ray, and diagnosed a fracture that had been MISSED by doctors in the emergency department at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital🤯 He prescribed some medication, recommended that I wear a wrist bandage and clearly explained my treatment plan. In addition, helped me with my lower back pain by providing excellent recommendations, prescribing medication, sharing a set of exercises for me to do at home, and referring me for physiotherapy. A big thanks to Dr. Sara, the physiotherapist! After just three sessions with her, I already feel a noticeable improvement. She is knowledgeable and empathetic. I’m very grateful for the professionalism, attention to detail, and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had another great experience at Mediclinic Al Sufouh and wanted to highlight Kareem at reception, who handles the appointment check-ins. He is always friendly, accurate, and incredibly pleasant to deal with. Even though it’s a clinic visit, his positive attitude genuinely makes the whole experience much better. Really appreciate the professionalism and warmth! I also want to mention Dr. Ana Kacarska, gynecologist, who I’m always very happy to see. She is friendly, professional, and truly excellent at what she does. She has a wonderful way of making me feel completely at ease, and I honestly don’t know how she does it, but she manages to make the experience feel pain-free every time. I really appreciate her care and expertise!

While waiting for my appointment, I had the opportunity to observe Karim at the reception, and I felt compelled to share my appreciation for his exceptional service. Karim has a genuinely warm, welcoming, and pleasing personality that immediately puts patients at ease. What stands out most is the way he treats every patient with kindness, patience, and respect. He has a remarkable ability to understand each person's needs and attends to them in a manner that makes them feel valued and cared for. Whether assisting with appointments, answering questions, or simply greeting patients, Karim consistently demonstrates professionalism, hospitality, and empathy. His calm and positive attitude creates a comforting environment, especially for those who may be anxious about their visit. Having seen him interact with patients over time, it is evident that he goes above and beyond in his role. He is a true asset to the clinic, and his dedication to providing excellent customer service deserves recognition. Thank you, Karim, for making every patient's experience a pleasant one.

This has been our clinic for almost 15 years now, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing, and the doctors are truly excellent. Dr. Sparsh has been especially wonderful with our kids, and Karim at the front office has always been incredibly supportive and helpful.

I am extremely grateful to Mediclinic Al Sufouh for their outstanding care and hospitality. On 31st March 2026, my friend (who is like a brother to me) suddenly became dehydrated, collapsed, and was shivering while at work. It was a very stressful and urgent situation, especially with the heavy rain at that time. We rushed him to this hospital, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team handled everything with calmness, professionalism, and kindness. A very special thanks to Dr. Fatima for her quick response, expertise, and compassionate care. She carefully checked him and provided the right treatment. Alhamdulillah, he recovered well, became active again, and started speaking. We are truly thankful to Dr. Fatima, all the nurses, and the entire staff for their cooperation, kindness, and well wishes. Their support and care meant a lot to us during such a difficult moment. Highly recommended—may Allah bless you all for the amazing work you do.
