I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited this clinic. First of all, I’d like to mention the exceptional service provided by all of the receptionists, especially Karem. They are always welcoming, professional, and helpful. I visited a family doctor for a general check-up and received a clear explanation of my test results, along with helpful recommendations. I’d especially like to thank Dr. Ahmed, the orthopedic specialist, who thoroughly examined my wrist, ordered an X-ray, and diagnosed a fracture that had been MISSED by doctors in the emergency department at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital🤯 He prescribed some medication, recommended that I wear a wrist bandage and clearly explained my treatment plan. In addition, helped me with my lower back pain by providing excellent recommendations, prescribing medication, sharing a set of exercises for me to do at home, and referring me for physiotherapy. A big thanks to Dr. Sara, the physiotherapist! After just three sessions with her, I already feel a noticeable improvement. She is knowledgeable and empathetic.
