I gave 3 yellow stars because the medical clinic smells really pleasant when we enter, which gives a very good first impression. However, the only thing I noticed during our first visit was the lack of signage from the lift to the clinic. The management should consider putting a visible logo or directional sign so first time visitors can easily find the clinic, as we found it a bit difficult to locate the exact clinic without proper signage. Also, when we entered the clinic, the first area we saw was the nursing station instead of the reception, which was a bit confusing for new visitors and when we entered the clinic, no one was at the nursing station, so we waited for someone to assist us because we were not sure if there was a reception area. The reception area was not immediately visible, which was a bit confusing for new patients. We also suggest that the staff should be attentive at all times and greet patients from the reception to the nursing station so patients feel welcomed and assisted right away. My son's doctor was great, and I can definitely recommend him. We found him very pleasant to talk to, and he made us feel comfortable during the consultation. 2 gray stars for the lack of directional sign and staffs not fully attentive)

Exceptional care at Life Medical Centre DSO I had a wonderful experience at Life Medical Centre DSO. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, efficient, and reassuring. They made checking in smooth and stress-free. The nurses were equally fantastic—kind, patient, and calming. They took the time to listen and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The GP (Dr Neelam) was outstanding: understanding, thorough, and incredibly informative. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered with genuine care and professionalism. If you’re looking for a clinic where the whole team is nice, supportive, and truly efficient, I highly recommend Life Medical Centre DSO.

I am truly grateful to have been treated by Dr. Anuradha. From my very first consultation through surgery and all post-surgery follow-ups, she was extremely kind, compassionate, and supportive. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Prem and his entire team. From the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Dr. Prem is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon whose expertise, confidence, and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The surgery was a great success, and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care I received.
