The management should consider putting a visible logo or directional sign so first time visitors can easily find the clinic, as we found it a bit difficult to locate the exact clinic without proper signage. Also, when we entered the clinic, the first area we saw was the nursing station instead of the reception, which was a bit confusing for new visitors and when we entered the clinic, no one was at the nursing station, so we waited for someone to assist us because we were not sure if there was a reception area.
