I visited the consultation center, and from my very first visit, I was greatly impressed by the therapeutic possibilities and the professionalism available. I immediately decided to embark on a skincare treatment journey, and I am currently enjoying a wonderful experience. The center boasts a five-star reception, with a luxurious and very comfortable ambiance, and the staff members exude a cheerful spirit that contributes to creating a unique experience. I would like to thank the consultant, Carmen, for her support, and I extend my special thanks to Joanna, who takes care of every detail of my skincare treatment and regularly follows up with me to ensure the results are satisfactory. Thank you all for this amazing experience!

ولكن أود أن ألفت انتباهكم إلى نقطة مهمة بخصوص المتابعة بعد العملية. الفريق المسؤول عن التواصل عبر الواتساب لا يردّ إلا بعد وقت طويل جدًا، وأحيانًا لا يتم الرد نهائيًا، مما يسبب لنا قلقًا كبيرًا خصوصًا عندما نطرح أسئلة مهمة بعد العملية.
أتمنى تحسين سرعة وجودة المتابعة لأن هذا الجزء لا يقل أهمية عن العملية نفسها، ونحن نثق بكم ونرغب دائمًا بتجربة كاملة مميزة من البداية إلى النهاية.

I would like to thank your medical staff for the excellent work. The procedure was done very well, and the surgeons were truly professional and skilled.
However, I would like to highlight an important point regarding the post-operation follow-up. The team responsible for communication on WhatsApp does not respond on time, and sometimes they don’t reply at all. This causes a lot of stress and worry, especially when we ask important questions after the procedure.
I kindly request improving the quality and speed of follow-up communication, as this part is just as important as the surgery itself. We trust your center and hope for a fully smooth experience from start to finish.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Kateryna and can definitely recommend her.
The consultation was very detailed — she took time to understand my skin, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all.
I did a laser procedure, and everything went smoothly. She explained each step and made me feel comfortable during the process.
What I liked the most is that she doesn’t just do procedures, but builds a clear treatment plan with next steps and recommendations. Very professional and easy to trust. Highly recommend.
I am now nearing the end of my 10 day hair transplant journey with Este Dubai clinic and I can say I am more than delighted. I underwent the Robotic DHI hair procedure for full scalp coverage. Going into the surgery, I was nervous but I now know there was nothing to worry about. The surgery was pain free and smooth.
The recovery has been good so far barring some tightness in the head which is expected. The oxygen therapy was really good and helped faster recovery. The hair washes were done daily at the clinic by professionals which took away the stress of aftercare. The team at Este were with me every step of the way.
I would like to thank Mr. Sam who was closely involved in the process and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome. It shows that he truly is concerned about the quality of care provided to patients.
I would also like to thank Paulina and Deena, they were so warm, approachable and professional. They assisted me and guided me every step of the way, and were always there to help at any given time.
I would also like to thank the surgical team and also the nurses who cared for me everyday. Every staff member at the clinic was wonderful and hospitable. I now feel as though I am part of the Este family.
I am looking forward to seeing my results in the next 1 year and will be continuing ongoing treatment at Este London clinic.
