I had such an amazing experience at Hortman Clinic Jumeirah and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, everything felt so clean, calm, and professional. The staff are incredibly welcoming and really make you feel comfortable right away. A special shoutout to "Jan" who took care of us — she was absolutely wonderful! So kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained every step clearly, made sure we were at ease the entire time, and you can really tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. We're excited to see our skin refreshed and glowing. The initial result exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling so confident and happy. If you’re thinking about trying a facial or any skin treatment, this is definitely the place to go. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a very positive experience at Hortman Clinics. The pharmacist there is honestly one of the best healthcare professionals I have dealt with. He is very professional, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciated the most is his honesty and genuine care for patients. He gives sincere advice and makes sure you understand the medication and the best options for you. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and dedicated. Highly recommended excellent service, great professionalism, and truly one of the best people to deal with in the field.
