I would have given this clinic less then 3 stars if it weren't for Mrs. Udari. Unfortunately, the payment process was very slow. I was repeatedly told that someone would update me or call me back, but that never happened, and my calls often went unanswered. There was also a misunderstanding regarding my insurance approval, which delayed my medical tests by 3 days. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because Mrs. Udari noticed how upset I was and stepped in to help. She handled the process professionally, followed up with me personally, and made sure everything was completed. Big credit and sincere thanks to her for her excellent customer service.

I want to Aster in Discovery Garden. they said they cannot take walking patient. and tell me to go any other branches. And the time was 5:00 pm so i came hear in parko. And thay are telling the same thing but in a road way. hope they will improve their service and attitude as well.

For such a huge labor camp, having only one doctor is a serious failure in management. Patients are forced to wait the whole day just for a basic check-up. This is a waste of time and energy. WHI must take this issue seriously and arrange proper medical staff. Don’t come here expecting quick service – you will lose your whole day

Good doctors. Unprofessional staff, the nurses are slow, they talk in their own mother tongue infront of the patients. I keep coming back for the level of care the doctors offer, but the wait and unprofessialism of the staff is always off-putting.

The service at the Aster Clinic in Jablali Parko Alkabile Mall is not good. It took a patient 2, 3 hours to go to the nurse and 3 to 4 hours to see the doctor. The reception service behavior and the response were not good either.
