I was repeatedly told that someone would update me or call me back, but that never happened, and my calls often went unanswered. There was also a misunderstanding regarding my insurance approval, which delayed my medical tests by 3 days. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because Mrs. Udari noticed how upset I was and stepped in to help.
