Op de website stond dat de arts Nederlands spreekt, maar in de praktijk was de communicatie moeilijk en onduidelijk. Mijn klachten (pijn en branderig oog, hoofdpijn en focusproblemen) werden snel afgedaan zonder duidelijke uitleg. Ik kreeg oogdruppels, maar er werd niet goed uitgelegd wat ze doen of wat de oorzaak van mijn klachten is. Voor €80 bleef ik met meer vragen dan antwoorden achter.

I made an appointment at Messidor Eye Center with a referral from my GP for a quick incision to open a blocked tear duct in my eyelid. Nothing major. When I showed up they just gave me the diagnosis again that I have a blocked eyelid, and told me to take a new appointment for the incision.. Basically they charge me 80 euros for giving me the same diagnosis that I already got, and then ask me to take another appointment for the incision I came for.. I find it very strange that I need 2 appointments for this very quick and routine thing. I'll let you draw your own conclusion, but I definitely will not be back. If posting this makes me a Karen then I'll happily march to the town hall to update my ID

Les médecins de ce cabinet, et plus particulièrement le docteur Kisma, offrent un suivi d'une qualité remarquable. À chaque consultation, elle prend le temps de détailler l'évolution de mon état de santé, d'expliquer les résultats de manière claire et d'adapter le traitement si besoin. Son écoute attentive, sa patience et sa pédagogie instaurent un climat de confiance très appréciable. Il est évident qu'elle se soucie sincèrement du bien-être de ses patients et qu'elle s'investit pleinement dans leur prise en charge. Grâce à son professionnalisme et à son sérieux, je me sens accompagné de façon régulière, attentive et très humaine. Je la recommande vivement pour un suivi sur le long terme.

Je suis patiente du Dr Lefèvre depuis des années et je l’ai l’ai recommandé à ma famille et à mes amis. Tout le monde est ravi. Les rdv sont respectés sans temps d’attente les explications sont claires et les diagnostiques et conseils précieux. Je le recommande vivement.

Ma famille et moi voyons le Dr Kisma depuis plusieurs années au Messidor Eye Center à Uccle. Je suis suivie pour un problème chronique, et grâce au suivi sérieux et l’attention du Dr Kisma et de son équipe, tout va bien. En plus de son grand professionnalisme, le Dr Kisma se distingue par son côté humain et sa vraie attention à chaque patient — c’est rare et très apprécié ! Merci à Dr Kisha et à tout son équipe!

Refus de soins inacceptable. J’ai contacté le Messidor Eye Center pour une conjonctivite aiguë. Le secrétariat a refusé de me donner un rendez-vous au motif que j’étais egalement malade et risquais de contaminer l’établissement. Refuser de recevoir un patient précisément parce qu’il est malade constitue un refus de soins. Aucune solution alternative, aucun conseil médical, aucune orientation vers un autre praticien ne m’a été proposée. Comportement choquant pour un centre médical, et totalement contraire à ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de santé.

Très compétent, sympathique, bcp de matériel pour divers examens, accueil agréable, envoie les bons de remboursement directement aux mutuelles ce qui évite de faire la file pour le remboursement

I have been a patient of Dr Kisma since 2015 and I always experience the best quality service of a specialist. I am very grateful to have met her as she really takes care of my eyes constantly. The staff are super accommodating and welcoming and responds to your email/inquiry immediately. You can really tell they care about their patients and go out of their way to make things easy and stress-free. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. It’s not always easy finding a place that combines professionalism with a friendly, welcoming vibe — but this clinic nails it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great eye care.
