Mijn klachten (pijn en branderig oog, hoofdpijn en focusproblemen) werden snel afgedaan zonder duidelijke uitleg. When I showed up they just gave me the diagnosis again that I have a blocked eyelid, and told me to take a new appointment for the incision.. The staff are super accommodating and welcoming and responds to your email/inquiry immediately. You can really tell they care about their patients and go out of their way to make things easy and stress-free. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish.
