The booking management system and personnel are very good, and Dr Bakhshyan, the generalist I consulted for a fit-for-work certificate, was excellent. She was very attentive, and did not treat the consultation as the tick-the-box exercise that such certification can sometimes become. The results and a helpful and clear analysis of them were sent very quickly after the consultation, and when I sent a question about the results she answered immediately.

I usually take time to research before choosing a doctor, but this time I needed something urgent and booked the first available appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, especially compared to what I’ve normally experienced in Belgium. I was surprised by how high the consultation fee was (160€). The reception staff came across as quite rude, and despite having a set appointment time, I still had to wait around 30 minutes. For the price paid, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and organisation. I would not recommend this clinic.

Centre médical très agréable. Accueil très cordial et professionnel. Horaire respecté. Espace d'accueil et cabinet modernes. Je recommande. Très satisfaite de mon rendez-vous avec le Docteur Cuminetti / Cardiologue. Le docteur prend le temps, pour la consultation, les examens et les explications. Rendez-vous pile à l'heure. Merci beaucoup.

I came here for a simple blood test and ended up starring in what felt like a low-budget medical thriller… or maybe a dark comedy. The nurse tried to take my blood five (!!!) times — two attempts in one arm, two in the other, and one heroic exploration somewhere near my hand. Unfortunately, my veins apparently decided to play hide-and-seek. No blood was collected, but my arms definitely received… extensive attention. At one point, tubes were falling, panic was rising, and I was reconsidering all my life choices that led me to this chair. In the end, the nurse surrendered and sent me elsewhere - where another nurse completed the whole thing calmly in under 5 minutes (so yes, it was possible!). Current status: zero blood taken here, five bonus holes, slightly traumatized. My hands hurt, but at least now I know I can survive a “5-round medical boss fight.” Would I come again? Only if they introduce a loyalty card: “Collect 10 punctures — get a free bandage.” 😅

Despite being a private clinic, they were running 1 hour at 1pm and no one has taken the time to at least let me know before getting there. The gynaecologist rushed through my consultation and left me with many questions. I was charged €160 for a 10min consultation. And bruises because she was not gentle at all during the examination. They clearly try to fit in as many clients as possible to make money instead of caring for the good service

Terrible experience. I payed way too much, and their "facture" was in such a way that is not conformed by the general rules and my Insurance could not accept it, which means I was not able to get anything reimbursed. Furthermore, I never got the results of the exams I did (exams that are stated in my facture paper and that I REMEMBER doing) and when my general practitioner called them asking to have those results they lied to her saying I never did those exams. Quite embarrasing. Also, apparently the doctor that visited me disappeared a few weeks later. I try to call them trying to fix the situation and have my results, but they NEVER answer.

Manque de professionalisme et comportement honteux du secrétariat au médecin. Arrivée avec une demi heure d'avance je m'enregistre chez les 2 secrétaires pour mon RDV avec Nada Chirita. Voyant des gens arrivés après moi être appelés, 5 minutes après le début de mon soit-disant RDV je me lève pour demander ce qu'il se passe au secrétariat "Ah mais on ne vous a pas enregistré" je dois leur rappelé que je suis venue leur parler il y a 30 minutes, que je leur ai donné ma carte d'identité etc "ah oui pardon, je préviens la médecin". Au loin j'entends la médecin qui ouvre sa porte mais je ne la vois pas et je l'entends pestiférer avec agressivité qu'elle n'adaptera pas son agenda et d'autres choses sur le même ton que je n'entends pas et elle claque sa porte. La secrétaire me dit "bon ben je suis désolée on va devoir replanifier un rdv". J'ai du prendre mon rdv il y a des mois, me taper bruxelles, payer le parking et patienter pour être traitée sans respect, transparence ni collaboration. Je suis lésée et ce serait à moi de m'adapter. Ni le secrétaire qui a comis l'erreur, ni la médecin ne daignerons me faire face et assumer leurs manquements. Je ne reviendrai jamais et je déconseille aux gens d'y aller. Être spécialiste ne change pas le fait que vous avez choisi de travailler sur, avec et pour des humains. Il est temps d'agir comme tel. Au dela de la connaissance technique, c'est des gens avec des maladies, pathologies, syndrômes,... que vous êtes sensés accompagner.

Accueil cordiale et efficace chez Eurocare. Le Dr. Giovanni Cuminetti est un excellent cardiologue, du point de vue technique et du point de vue humain.
