The booking management system and personnel are very good, and Dr Bakhshyan, the generalist I consulted for a fit-for-work certificate, was excellent. She was very attentive, and did not treat the consultation as the tick-the-box exercise that such certification can sometimes become. I usually take time to research before choosing a doctor, but this time I needed something urgent and booked the first available appointment. In the end, the nurse surrendered and sent me elsewhere - where another nurse completed the whole thing calmly in under 5 minutes (so yes, it was possible!). Current status: zero blood taken here, five bonus holes, slightly traumatized. My hands hurt, but at least now I know I can survive a “5-round medical boss fight.” Would I come again? Only if they introduce a loyalty card: “Collect 10 punctures — get a free bandage.” 😅

Je ne reviendrai jamais et je déconseille aux gens d'y aller. Être spécialiste ne change pas le fait que vous avez choisi de travailler sur, avec et pour des humains. Il est temps d'agir comme tel. Au dela de la connaissance technique, c'est des gens avec des maladies, pathologies, syndrômes,... que vous êtes sensés accompagner.
