Dr Jacobsen and his entire team are the epitome of the professional team everyone deserves. The young man handling reception was courteous and immediately went to work making me feel very comfortable and less nervous about the procedure i was undergoing. Remaining staff ensured my comfort and fulfilled every need as i was prepped for the procedure. Dr Jacobsen too k the time to patiently listen to my medical journey to him. He patiently explained the procedure and what to expect in recovery. He allowed me to reduce my nervousness by talking throughout the procedure. He worked quickly and efficiently, always ensuring the procedure was as painless as possible. After the procedure staff made certain i was feeling well and able to dress and make my way home safelt. I would highly recommend Dr Jacobsen for your plaric or reconstructive needs.
Dr. Jacobsen and his team are incredible. From the moment you want in to their office, you will feel warmly welcomed. Kimberly is so sweet and will always put a smile on your face. The entire team will take care of you like their own. They are available for any and all questions which is greatly helpful. I went in on surgery day feeling calm knowing I was in great care. Dr. Jacobsen did a wonderful job. The recovery experience has been great and I have not felt the need to take pain meds. No pain and amazing results! Dr. J and his team were absolutely amazing. I went in for a melanoma removal, and he was able to take care of it the very same day. The procedure was quick and everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. What stood out most was how available Dr. J and his office are to their patients — they are pretty much available 24/7 by text if needed. I’ve honestly never worked with a doctor who is more responsive, compassionate, and accessible to his patients. Highly recommend!
Dr Jacobson has been wonderful. I have been seeing him for a few years now for facial skin cancer surgeries, including a recent skin graft for a malignant melanoma.
Even though I get so anxious and scared, he has such a calming, positive manner and always makes me feel at ease.
He is talented and skilled and I trust him completely. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Hello, it's been almost a year since Dr. J did the breast reduction on me. Dr. J and Staff are very nice caring people. Sorry to them that I haven't put a review in before now. I had went in a depression (not due to the breast reduction) and just never thought of coming on here. But I am doing good now and I think now is a great time really for a review. I am completely healed from the BR and no scars at all, My breast used to be real long past me belly button and heavy. Now they are way up and a good shape and my nipples are not pointing downward, they are higher up like natural but not to high. They are perfect shape and smaller than I thought they would be after BR. Even though I wear a D cup they look a lot smaller than they were with a DD cup size before BR. Thank you so much Dr. J. Keep up the good work while you can. :)
My dermatologist referred me to Dr.Jacobsen’s office for a small in-office procedure. They all really go above and beyond with giving a personal touch to their customer service and medical care that really elevates your experience. I was really impressed with everyone I interacted with, from the very kind receptionist all the way to Dr.Jacobsen. Everyone’s kindness made me feel very human and well taken care of. I left my appointment feeling confident and uplifted! I will definitely be keeping this office in mind if I ever need a plastic surgeon again.
Dr. Jacobsen is an exceptional plastic surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients, during my appointment he took the time to clearly explain the procedure and he never made me feel rushed and uncomfortable and ensured all my questions were answered. I went in for a lipoma removal which was very basic for them but not for me. From the staff to the surgeon I felt comfortable the entire time. Everything was explained with patience and honesty. I really suck with needles and scalpels but they put me at ease and when it was done I realized I was being a big ass baby because the numbing hurt worse than the actual procedure. A++ I highly recommend!
