I wanted to recognize the outstanding care I received from Dr. Rosenbaum and her assistant, Tabitha, during my recent excision procedure.
Before and during the procedure, I unexpectedly became a little queasy, which had never happened to me before despite having undergone other excisions. As soon as I mentioned how I was feeling, Tabitha immediately stepped in to help. She lowered me back on the table, brought me water, applied cool wet paper towels, and continually checked on me. Her attentiveness, compassion, and calm demeanor made a huge difference and helped me feel much more comfortable.
I was admittedly a bit embarrassed by the situation, but both Tabitha and Dr. Rosenbaum were incredibly kind and reassuring. They made it clear that there was nothing to be embarrassed about and were glad that I spoke up about how I was feeling. Their understanding, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being meant so much.
Dr. Rosenbaum and Tabitha make an exceptional team. I am truly grateful for their expertise, compassion, and patient-centered care.
I absolutely love Dr. Stevens. He takes his time with you and never rushes out of the room like so many doctors do these days. He asks questions, truly listens, and always makes you feel important and cared for.
I’ve been to many doctors throughout my life, and unfortunately I could give a laundry list of uncaring, arrogant ones — the kind who spend five minutes with you and leave you feeling like your appointment was a complete waste of time. Dr. Stevens is the exact opposite. He is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in his patients’ well-being.
It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel heard and respected, and I’m very grateful to have found him.
I’ve seen Ryan Stevens in the past but needed a quick appointment so scheduled with Au-Stenger. She was fantastic! So friendly and personable and thorough. I have a lot of skin cancer history so I appreciate a thorough check! Very impressed. Won’t hesitate to come back to either provider.
Awesome experience, for a doctor's visit that is. From the kind and welcoming greeting from Jenni at the front desk, the smiling and helpful medical assistant, and the great interaction with Dr Stevens. He did amazing with keeping my 9 yo son calm and feeling safe, though receiving a few painful injections into the scalp. We will definitely be returning.
Dr. Fiona was professional, caring and friendly. This was my first time meeting her and it was a pleasurable experience! The procedure was painless and quick! I would recommend this physician and the practice, Center for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery to anyone!
I was a little nervous when I saw how busy it was, but they got me In quickly.I’ve been to dermatology offices that look at your face, hands and arms and call it good. Sophia was very thorough with my exam. Thanks, and I’ll be back in six months!
I highly recommend this group. The staff is great, Fiona’s bed side manner is kind and gentle, she provides a sense of genuine care and concern, very thorough and walked me through every step! Their mission is to provide the best care possible…they nail it every time!!
Dr. Stevens is absolutely top notch and the best doctor i've ever met in ANY field and that's saying a lot. He's helped my wife out immensely with an unusual condition and has provided high quality care every step of the way in a very warm manner. Highly recommend!
