I was a new client today and had a great experience. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming right when I walked in. Then my consultation with Taylor was fantastic—very professional but also super kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

I really like how fast I got In to see the doctor and the fact that he took the time to explain what was going on and gave me some solutions on what he would like me to do and how it’s Going to help me and then we can talk about what I had went in to see him for. It really felt like he truly wanted to help me and didn’t want to just take my money. Super helpful and real funny guy too he made me feel welcome and very comfortable. The girls At the front desk we’re also super sweet !!! I definitely give it two thumbs up. Thank you so much for the experience.

LOVE this practice!! Everyone is extremely genuine, kind, compassionate, professional and makes you feel so welcome! They are also knowledgable and super helpful! Appreciate each and every one of them! I had seen multiple providers before finding this group and was losing hope for my eczema to be managed. After meeting with Mike Richards, he helped me finally get it under control! I honestly live a different, better life today thanks to them!

Been seeing Dr Richards for over 12 years, he’s a fantastic Dr.! Kim his assistant is awesome as well. Very accommodating and always helpful! If your looking for a new doctor, they are the best out there!

I have been working with Taylor for the process of removing/lightning up two of my tattoo's. Not only has she been very transparent with what I should expect and the length of my process but also recommending waiting longer if needed between sessions to get the proper results that I was looking for on both on my tattoos. I’m very happy with finding Phoenix skin as this was my first tattoo removal experience.

Michael Richards is very thorough and personable. I feel like I’m seeing an ‘ol friend every time my appt rolls around. The staff is very friendly as well. Never a wait just always in and out. Highly recommend!!! Kelly

I have to go in for a biannual burning freezing and I go to Dr Richards. I've been seeing him for over 24 years now. The level of service is just wonderful. I would recommend Phoenix Skin to anybody needing their skin looked at living in this desert. Being a realtor I have to pay out of pocket for my insurance so they're also very thoughtful about samples.

I can’t say enough good things about Michael Richards, PA-C. He is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Skin issues can be really sensitive, and he approaches everything with compassion and care. He made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who is both so knowledgeable and genuinely empathetic. I’m so grateful to be in his care.
