I love this place! So professional and so efficient. I normally have to to call their office when I get a referral. I saw my GP on Tuesday and THEY called me instead of the other way around! So I started off with a very positive feeling. It was easy to find and free, yes free parking. You do your "paper" work on a tablet so it's quick and easy for both me and the receptionist. The stuff is incredibly nice and I loved my doctor, Dr. Wang. She's smart, made me feel comfortable and thorough. Even answered every question I had happily and believe me I usually have many! I highly recommend.
I had a very good experience from start to finish. I went online and requested a consultation on a Sunday evening. I received a follow up call Monday morning to book an appointment for the next morning. I filled out all the requested information in my patient portal prior to my appointment to save time. Dr. Peace was very kind and extremely helpful. I told her what I was experiencing and she was able to diagnose my conditions on the spot. It’s been a couple weeks since my appointment and I’ve never been more relieved than I am now. The medications she prescribed have helped so much. The peace of mind I have now that I have a solution for problems I’ve been dealing with for years is priceless. I’ve recommended my mom and will do so for anyone that asks me for a dermatologist recommendation. Thank you again!
I had a very enjoyable experience as a new patient. I was greeted with warm smiles from the front office staff as well as from my nurse, Ivory. I have ambulatory issues but Ivory was so patient and courteous with me. Dr. Peace was wonderful! She explained my condition to me in layman's term. She was professional, warm and most importantly, a kind person. Thank you Staff for a wonderful experience 😊 ❤️
Listen… it took me longer to travel to the office than it to for the staff to check me in, check out the issue and provide a solution…but I am more than ok with that because the experience was very pleasant.
Very sweet and kind staff are at the ready to make your visit a pleasant one. Each person was attentive and efficient, but thorough in executing their responsibilities to ensure wait times weren’t long and only to the extent that it took me to complete the new patient paperwork and for the nurse practitioner to review the info. Dr. Wang was so sweet and quickly assessed my issue, knew exactly what to do to remedy the skin issue, was forthright in timeframe to honestly manage expectations of improvement, and was understanding of my financial situation in being able to acquire meds - offering an alternative source more conducive with having to pay out of pocket.
Not that I enjoy going to any doctor’s office, but for a hot second, I felt some kind of way when I asked, do I need to come back in 3 months if this hasn’t cleared up, to which she responded, “nope, just follow the protocol of 3 months on, one month off and be patient.” You know… you gotta appreciate a professional not trying to ply a patient with visits unnecessarily. I was referred by a friend and will definitely pass this info on to my network.
Excellent care given here. I’ve been in once for my son to ensure the cut on his eyebrow was healing well. He had ran into a table and split his eyebrow open. Dr. Sherri Peace was amazing and made me feel less shame about the whole situation. She has a wholesome approach and is very knowledgeable. Same with Dr. Christina Wang. I visited to get a wart removed that grew on my ear. I’ve never had one before and was freaked out. Dr. Wang made me feel better about the whole situation. The nitrogen technique to freeze the wart off was painless and after a month it went away and has yet to come back.
The office staff are also super nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean.
There’s plenty of free parking at the lots behind the building.
You can book an appointment online easily and I appreciate the text message reminders about upcoming appointments.
I wasn’t able to find time to fill out my son’s online check-in before his appointment. We went to our appointment early to make sure we had time to complete check-in before our 8:45 appointment. The girls in the office were so professional and kind. We were literally walking OUT of the office by 850. Everything went smoothly. Dr.Christina Wang was great! I’d highly recommend.
My experience was awesome. Dr. Sherri Pearl was really nice. She answered all my questions and expedited my list with treatment and medication’s. A very knowledgeable woman. Thanks
My name is Peggy Hampton. It was my first visit. The customer service was awesome. The staff was kind, ompassionate, knowledgeable, efficicient and patient. The facility was very nice, modern and clean. The Dermatologist, Sherri Peace, was awesome!!! She explained everything to me, answered all my questions
and shes experienced. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
