It was the best experience I had at any urgent care or emergency room ever. The check in was easy and effortless and the receptionist or intake person was so pleasant I felt good about coming. Some ER can make you feel like you’re wasting their time. The doctor was extremely friendly and pleasant and examined my foot thoroughly explaining everything she was doing and seeing. And the CRay technician was equally pleasant and helpful If I missed anyone I didn’t mean to because everyone was great from the time I walked in until I left.
I really like this facility, it’s very nice and clean. I was able to get a quick appointment for pre-employment testing with a copy of completion of my test. Also once the test results were finalized they actually faxed all my documents. Thank you guys for your professionalism, the young lady helping me was great! The waiting lounge area in the back is a nice touch while waiting to be seen, also the front has coffee, tea and other drinks for the patients. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed how well the urgent care system worked. Thanks for everything.
I have always gone to Well now urgent care and I’ve never had a bad experience they always had a set of crutches for me 🤦🏾♀️😭 however, this time I guess because they have changed the way you register to see someone the young lady in the front came of a bit rude. Once in the back, the assistant and the provider seen my little one every thing turned around and got better! Received excellent service in the back… Thank you all including the young lady who could’ve assisted better and guided me with the proper training that I know she received… it taught me how to prevent my Techs from poor customer service when engaging with patients.
Aisha Turner is an outstanding Physician Assistant who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She is incredibly smart, thorough, and dedicated to her work. Her professionalism is matched by her warm personality and sense of humor, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Aisha takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure her patients receive the best care possible. She is hardworking, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping people. On top of all that, she carries herself with grace and beauty inside and out. I highly recommend Aisha Turner to anyone looking for exceptional medical care.
This was my second time visiting WellNow Urgent Care. I was able to quickly schedule my appointment online the night beforehand and was immediately checked in for the appointment upon my arrival. The clinic was clean and orderly. The entire staff, Amber, Miranda, Arriel, and Asia, were all very professional yet friendly enough to put me at ease. They worked extremely well as a team. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received and would recommend WellNow Urgent Care to others.
I could not get over a cough and lingering congestion. I walked in and the facility was immaculate. They have a Keurig, icee machine, and an old school pac-man video game. Staff were professional. They were stocked with and encouraged sanitation with hand-sanitizer and masks. Easy check-in, and C. Norris APRN-NP was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel so much better after seeing her and followed her tips.
The entire office, front and back was looking very clean and organized. All of the staff were knowledgeable and sympathetic. The process of checking in was smooth. I do recommend trying to schedule your appointment. I was a walk in with a bad cough, so I did not want to sit in the waiting area. I scheduled an appointment for two hours later. When I returned was able to walk right in. I highly recommend this office and their amazing staff. Thank you for your care.👍👍👍
Came in for a appointment at 12 my appointment was at 12 for a drug test the lady at the front desk made a whole new appointment because she didn’t care to ask if I had one which caused me a 45 mins wait then I had to leave that’s the whole point of appointments they had almost no patients 2 at the most but still I wasn’t able to be seen in a timely manner even though I had a appointment and they were only suppose to collect urine
