I went to Precision Dental on Belmont Avenue for a basic checkup and cleaning, and I left feeling disappointed with my experience.
I was supposed to be contacted after they checked my insurance benefits and received information about coverage or approval for additional dental work, but no one ever followed up with me. That lack of communication was frustrating.
I also became aware that patients are encouraged to leave reviews by being entered into a raffle for a $100 gift card, scanning a QR code upon completion of their appointment. In my opinion, that makes the 5-star reviews feel less trustworthy.
I will not be returning to this location and would recommend that future patients ask detailed questions about insurance follow-up, and review incentives before moving forward.
We had a very good experience today! Diana at the front desk was incredibly patient as we dealt with insurance issues. She was very helpful and led us to the information we needed to resolve that. Thanks Diana! Dr.Ward was very straight to the point, as a mom I appreciate that. Diana did the cleaning for my son today. She let him know everything she was doing before she did it. He was nervous about today’s appointment but that definitely made him feel so much better. Very happy with today’s visit.
I had a great first experience with this dental place! Definitely recommended this place, very friendly, helpful and straight to the point. My first appointment was check up and cleaning, and I have to say my teeth haven’t felt better this clean and fresh in a while! Thank you to the nurse and doctor that helped me today!
I previously left a review for the amazing work done here, and after a recent tooth extraction, I’m beyond satisfied. As someone who’s always been anxious about the dentist, Dr. Hussien Ahmad is incredibly gentle and reassuring, which truly eased my perspective on dentist. Hes done cavity work and extraction for me. I experience little to no pain even on the first day of extraction. I was also given medication to stay comfortable. Him and the team genuinely care about their patients. I’ll definitely be coming back for braces eventually. i wouldnt have been taking care of my teeth if it weren’t for such good result/experience. Thank you so much! (:

Just started coming here and I love it! The workers and so sweet and comforting! I'm going to get braces and I trust them with my whole heart, definitely recommend this place for families and adults. They'll take great care of you!🫶
I highly recommend this practice as staff was very professional and polite and Doctor Hussein Ahmad validated a concern that I have had for 2 years. My primary dentist kept missing a very serious life altering infection and Dr. Hussein Ahmad patiently discussed a treatment plan with me and validated my concerns and I can't thank him and staff enough. I've decided after over 20 years of being with my primary dentist. There is no question in my mind that I will be going to doctor Ahmad going forward. Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Hussain Ahmad.
Dr. Ahmad and his amazing team, we’re out of this world answering all my questions helping me out was greeted with smiles. Best Dental experience I’ve ever had highly recommend.
