I've been to the Spring Garden location twice. Both times were great experiences. Quick and efficient. Dr. Patel was very empathetic to my situation and thorough with his instructions. The woman at the front desk and medical assistant were also great. They were easy to talk to and provided great customer service to both me and my son. Also the waiting room was clean and they provide little water bottles.

The staff are welcoming, the sitting room is clean and there are spaces to pull up in front of the building. Easy to book an online appointment and pricing is transparent. Dr. Tosha Kadakia is lovely, helpful and concise which I really appreciated. They use CLEAR X pharmacy system, which allows you to connect to your existing Pharmacy and the pricing on that is also transparent and obvious which is great . I would recommend that booking an online appointment and loading everything up in advance, (which is extremely helpful) should enable you to be seen at the time that the appointment is booked. Waiting an hour from your appointment time to being seen is frustrating. At the very least, when you check in for your appointment, it would be incredibly helpful, particularly if you are waiting for a ride home that the receptionist gives you a heads up that you will likely be finished an hour from your appointment time.

Amazing Service, the Doctor was such a wonderful individual, so helpful, informative. Definitely caring staff, and the people there do work, and serve the people. Honestly, so grateful for the medical attention I received. I went in for a 2nd degree burn, got the medication I need to prevent infection and ointment. The service I received was terrific. Thank you so much! Very grateful…

I was in and out took about 30mins total. Went in for a deep cut on my finger, Dr was able to clean my wound and apply antiseptic. No stitches required

Great front desk staff, intake was smooth both at the front and in the room to get details on issue and vitals. PA was excellent. He is took time to talk through everything with me and talk about different options for treatments.

I had a deep cut on my thumb, it was painful and even worse than having a c-section😅 I came in got checkin pretty quick, the receptionist was nice. I believe Dr.Thai and his assistant took care of my wound and he told me the wound need to be sewed up. I got local anesthesia on my thumb and he gently got the procedure done without any pain. He also reassured me that my wound would be taken care of before I leave. Definitely feel better walking out!

Everything went well. I’d like the staff. They’re very nice. I just feel like they should be an upgraded. For people that really do need medicine an treatments Some people Sometimes really depend on certain urgent cares like this because they feel comfortable with you guys But overall perfect

When I came in the front desk representatives were very polite, helpful and signed me right in, within 15mins I was called to the back. Dr. Thai and his assistant were there to make sure I get everything I needed to help with my pain and I truly appreciate them for that. I would definitely go back. Thank you vybe urgent care!!
