I received excellent care at this Jefferson Outpatient Imaging location. Overall, the staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The technician who did my x-ray (I believe her name is Diane) was amazing. She is kind, gentle, caring and goes above and beyond.

All went well but I couldn’t get my cd because the machine wasn’t working so needed to then drive to another location. Receptionist told me I had to go to places that were not convenient or close by. I made a call and was able to pick up at Blairmill Road location. The receptionist told me I couldn’t get it there. Just a lot of running around in one day.

I've gone to this location for years. Every time I go here, I'm treated in a professional and pleasant manner. During the mammogram, the tech is talking with me constantly, letting me know when I will feel compression, how long it will last and when I will be able to step away. The office is always clean and orderly and the employees at the Front Desk are always helpful. The office is never crowded and the wait time is never overly long. I have recommended this location to friends and relatives for years.

On time. Polite desk manager. Lovely technician. Great all around experience. (And I was nervous going in!) I’d advise anyone to go there. My daughter was here before. Did great too. She has special needs and they were wonderful with her. Name of tech/ Julia.

Quick and easy to make an appointment with a very helpful and friendly staff. After arriving and checking in, I did not even have the opportunity to sit down because someone came out and took me right back. The technicians that performed my mri, we're very friendly and concerned about my comfort. All in all a great team provided a great experience.

Walked in the office, checked in, 5 min sat down and waited to be called. Was only there 10 more minutes and they were ready for me. I have been there before, and they are always curious, and efficient.

The facility was clean and easy to find. The staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. My tech put me at ease and walked me through the whole experience. The appointment was a wonderful experience and I will go back there again!

My technician, Heather, was wonderful. She was professional, kind, and patient with me. I was having 2 separate CT scans done and kept me informed the entire time. Heather made me feel relaxed. She made the whole experience great! Thank you, Heather!
