They’re literally so nice here. My first time ever having a doctor that’s not booked out for months. They make me feel so cared for here. Front desk is always super nice, especially the nice gentleman who always smiles. Going to the doctor used to be very intimidating and stressful but not anymore, I am so happy I switched. Keep doing what you’re doing!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was super nice and welcoming. Once taken to the back, the professionalism continued with the nurse and nurse practitioner, Valerie Ike. We had a late appointment, but you couldn't tell because everyone took their time...we didn't feel rushed. The NP was very thorough and handled each issue; she even offered suggestions regarding my mom's daytime care givers.

I enjoy going to Village Medical Heights location. My doctor, Michael Davis, and the staff, treat me like family, and take really good care of all of my Medical needs. Dr Davis is the best at making sure I fully understand every thing we've discussed and always ask if I have any questions for him before I leave, and he never comes in rushing me. He's always patient.

I love Dr. Kovaks. She is straight to point, and her office is not just trans-friendly, but a safe place. I have never wired longer than a few minutes for her once vitals are done, and she is an excellent communicator who values the input I have about my own health.

I have been going to the Katy Freeway location for decades. This was my first time visiting the MKT office and I will never go back to the main location. Staff was welcoming and the physician was patient with me, truly listened and made me feel heard.

Dr Bhardwaj was amazing, as usual. Great listener and addressed all my concerns as well as recommendations for his concerns. The staff at Village Medical was super friendly and kind. Always love my experience here.

Literally asked the medical assistant “Monica” before I went to use the bathroom after waiting 30-45 minutes would they need a urine sample she advised me that they wouldn’t, just to turn around and need one so waste of a visit!! M.A Needs coaching on time management and overall performance. Two front desk ladies were super nice! Koi and I forgot the other young black womans name.

I would not change all of these guys for anything. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Rivero is extremely smart, knowledgeable and most importantly, knows how to listen with full attention. Jack st the front desk always with a huge smile and welcoming attitude. They are the best team in Texas!!!
