I had an amazing experience at Urbn Dental Midtown! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive.
A huge thank you to Destiny at check-in for making the process smooth and easy, and to Troy, the Treatment Plan Coordinator, for being so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining everything.
My hygienist Nicci was gentle, detailed, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. And Dr. Mai and his assistant Josie was absolutely fantastic — professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions while making sure I felt at ease.
The office itself is clean, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere. You can truly tell the team cares about their patients and providing quality care. I definitely recommend Urbn Dental Midtown to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, especially with scheduling and providing clear parking information, which made the visit even easier.
Dr. Frank and his team were very informative and took the time to walk me through my treatment options, giving me honest advice on the best path moving forward.
What truly made the biggest difference in my experience was the hygienist, Nicci. Let’s be honest — most people don’t look forward to going to the dentist, and I was definitely nervous going in. But Nicci’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine passion for her work completely changed my experience. She made sure I understood everything, took pride in making sure I got the most out of my treatment, and really helped ease my nerves. It was comforting knowing I was in such good hands.
A special thank you as well to Josie, who was also very helpful and supportive throughout the visit.

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I can honestly say everyone has always treated me with respect and kindness. I personally never experienced anyone being unprofessional, but every time I’ve had questions or concerns, the team has been incredibly patient with me.
There were a couple of times I was overwhelmed about costs, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I already knew the work would be expensive, and at the end of the day that was my responsibility to figure out, but I appreciated how understanding and professional they were through the whole process.
Special thank you to the girls at the front — Destiny and Paige. You both are amazing, and I really appreciate you going out of your way to call me when I was having issues receiving emails. Small things like that matter more than you know.
Also, thank you to Jodi for helping me with my crown. I truly appreciate you giving me a safe space to feel an emotion that reminded me of my past. Your kindness and compassion meant a lot to me.

I love my dentist hands down! I used to always hate going the past because of previous experiences but this dentist office, will explain everything to the T and the why behind it. From the staff to the doctors, they are alllll amazing and very professional. Be prepared to laugh throughout your experience. The best part I love is the music which helps me relax more.
The best dentist I’ve used ever!!!! My teeth are the purest white when I get a deep cleaning from them. They are very educational, thorough and quick! I Never had to wait in the lobby. All of the staff are Nice and friendly. 10/10 highly recommend!!
I had oral surgery on yesterday and I must say, my experience was wonderful. The dentist and dental assistant made extraordinary efforts to make me comfortable. I have never had such a wonderful experience with extractions. While extracting my teeth, the dentist rested a finger on my cheek. This produced a calming effect. I highly recommend this dental service.
Friendly staff and great service! I’m a person who is always nervous about going to the dentist but the team made it very comfortable for me and they communicated with me throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend them and look forward to my next visit!
