Had a first time consultation and went great. My dental hygenist was Jazmine, she was very gentle and informative. I liked that they check your vitals upon start of the consultation and the dentist (in my case Dr. Ma) does a cancer check up as part of his evaluation. You can tell they actually care for your dental health and not for your insurance or $.

I love this place! I hadn’t been to a dentist in years, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Front desk made it easy to verify my insurance, my hygienist and doctor were amazing! They really took the time to explain all procedures, exams, results and treatment options with me. I will definitely be bringing my entire family here!

I switched from my previous dentist because I was unsatisfied with my care. I am so happy with my decision. My first couple of appointments with Eado Family Dental went so smoothly and felt very comfortable. They did a great job of informing me about my options and offering quality care. I will be returning for all future care.

The staff was very welcoming. My hygienist, Laura, did an excellent job. Dr. Williams was great as well. They explained everything and listened to my concerns. My overall experience was great. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!!

I’ve been a patient at Eado Dental for a little over a year now. The ambience, customer service and treatment is unmatched. I love hygienist Laura and my dentist, Dr. Williams. They're both the sweetest souls. The entire staff as well are very professional and kind. I would recommend anyone to check them out!

From the moment I walked in I felt at home. I have lived and worked in East End passed by many times and said “one day I will visit them “ well today was the day I made the big step inside. From Dena front desk welcoming me and hubby, to Jasmine who was born to be a hygienist working on my teeth with such professionalism and kindness, made us feel like we couldn’t wait for our next appointment, if that makes sense. Dr. Ma is a gentle dentist that makes you feel comfortable not wanting to leave his chair, but have to. If you are on the fence to visit Dr. Ma and his awesome crew please get off the fence and visit them for the sake of your teeth health. Let’s support our East End peeps ( businesses that give their customers the utmost care of course) one business at a time. Twenty one years in aEast End and this is hiding gem.

I took my 1½-year-old daughter for her very first dental visit, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, and very welcoming. The staff was amazing, kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my daughter felt comfortable the entire visit. The service was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
