I love PA Gomez! He is so caring and actually listens to your concerns. He and Dr. Montanez fixed me up and I have healed beautifully. Hands down amazing team here! I have already recommended them to everyone I know! The staff included is all Amazing! Thank you!! I will be back!! Angie Powell

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Naugher and PA-C Clarno. They are both very kind, compassionate, and have an understanding of what needed to be done to help me. I love how they both take the time to listen to my concerns and no matter how simple my questions may have been to them, I genuinely wanted to know things, they were very profesional with their responses. Please, if you have any orthopedic issues, go see Dr. Naugher. You won't regret it!

Dr. Lane Naugher and PA- C Jeremy Clarno were amazing and kind. The surgery was a success and I know God put them in my life. I saw him for the first time after my surgery and he went over my procedure and what was done. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or ignored. I highly recommend them.

My visit with Dane Burke was a truly enjoyable experience. I have visited this office on multiple occasions, and have gotten injections in my thumbs for chronic arthritis. I had mostly dealt with Dr Woodbury but those visits ended with extreme pain that continued for months (until I made another appointment) This time Dane came in. He was very attentive to my needs and listened patiently to what I had to say. We discussed my options (another injection or surgery), I opted for the injection. Dane used ultrasound equipment to select the perfect place to administer the injection and he also used a topical spray to numb the area before administering the shot. Thank goodness, because these injections are very painful. But, this time it went very smoothly because he used these precautions. Moving forward I will request Dane for my visits. Thank you, Dane for making this visit far less painful than previous appointments have been and a much more enjoyable experience.

I had excellent results from my trigger finger thumb surgery. Virtually no pain on the recovery, just occasional achiness and now after two weeks the small incision has disappeared. Very happy and can use my thumb as if it never happened. Thank you.

The experience was pleasant and reassuring throughout. From the polite registrar to the staff obtaining required information and PA Steven Gomez and Dr Montanez who went over and explained my X-rays and treatment options. I obtained concerned and compassionate care and would highly recommend THE SAN ANTONIO ORTHOPEDIC GROUP for your medical needs.

Dr. Gates is absolutely phenomenal! Although he’s a surgeon, his ultimate goal is not surgery; it’s total patient wellness. He’s full of non-surgical ideas. My condition warrants surgery though and I’m glad he’s part of my medical team. I have full confidence everything will go as expected.

Recently I came in for treatment to TSOG . I had an ongoing pain in both hands.. at this time the pain became unbearable and prevented me to do the simplest things. I was not in a the “ state of panic and helplessness “ Only because my appointment was with PA Dane Burke! This is the second time I came in to see him! Dane is truly a phenomenal, highly skilled professional! Something what could’ve become an incredibly painful process, actually Wasn’t! A couple of days later the pain went down significantly and I was almost back to normal, as I expected. But.. what impressed me again and again is Dane’s Amazing, sincere sence of Compassion , Kindness , Patience , Empathy I can’t thank Dane enough for doing a wonderful job and share with everyone, how Exceptional Dane is!
