My husband and & myself can't say enough about how well the care was from admissions to surgery to nurses care and discharge. They were absolutely wonderful. The medical emergency he endured i wouldn't of wanted any better care from everyone at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. Thank you to a great team.

I had an excellent experience during my surgery. From the moment I checked in until I was discharged, the entire process was well organized and thoroughly explained. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely caring, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my stay. Each doctor, specialist and support staff was outstanding, taking the time to communicate clearly and answer all of my questions. What impressed me most was the exceptional communication and coordination with my external physicians, which played a vital role in my post-surgery treatment and recovery. The level of teamwork and continuity of care was truly beyond words. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care I received and highly recommend this hospital.

Our own local surgeon was unwilling and unable to perform surgery on my husband. We went to Jefferson at the recommendation of our PCP and Dr. Cecilia Chin had no hesitation in taking on my husband’s condition. Her staff and that of the hospital staff were very attentive and supportive of both my husband and myself. As a retired RN, I still hold medical professionals to a high standard and my expectations were met. Of special recognition, Sean in the ICU, Elizabeth and Michael and new RN Matt on 5 East Stepdown were great!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Thomas Jefferson Hospital. My care was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every single day I was there, I felt listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for. The doctors, nurses, and entire staff were attentive, compassionate, and professional, and I never once had a complaint. This hospital is especially meaningful to me because I’ve now given birth to both of my children there, and both experiences were positive and reassuring in every way. During such an important and vulnerable time, the team made me feel safe, informed, and respected. I am beyond grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend Thomas Jefferson Hospital to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate medical care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care Worth the Drive!** This was my second time as a patient at Jefferson (first in 2018), and once again, they exceeded all expectations. I was admitted on May 27 following knee replacement surgery, and even though I drove all the way from Southern Delaware, the level of care made every mile completely worth it. The Nursing, OT, and PT staff are truly the best at what they do. They were attentive, encouraging, and professional throughout my entire stay, making a challenging recovery so much easier. I couldn't ask for a better team to trust with my care. Highly recommend!

I recently underwent a hysterectomy at Thomas Jefferson Hospital, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Christine Wu was outstanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my condition, answer my questions, and ensure I felt informed and comfortable with my treatment plan. Her professionalism, skill, and compassionate bedside manner gave me confidence during a difficult and stressful time. The nurses and hospital staff were equally wonderful. They were attentive, caring, and responsive to my needs before and after surgery. They helped manage my pain, checked on me regularly, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout my stay. Recovering from major surgery is never easy, but the support and care I received from Dr. Wu and the entire Thomas Jefferson team made a significant difference in my experience. I am truly grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend Thomas Jefferson Hospital to anyone in need of surgical care. Thank you, Dr. Wu, and thank you to everyone who helped me during my recovery.

For the things that count most Jefferson is nothing less than outstanding. The entire staff which includes everyone regardless of level. Never gave a second thought to trusting my care to them. To Be perfectly objective the patient rooms could use an overhaul. Food service people are also outstanding while the facility could be improved
