Everyone in the office was so pleasant to deal with, and the entire process was thoroughly explained from start to finish. I’ve worn glasses since 4th grade and tried contacts on and off, but they always irritated my eyes. I finally worked up the courage to go through with LASIK, and I’m so glad I did. The staff made everything feel seamless and comfortable, which really helped ease my nerves. They give you stress balls to squeeze, and the staff member next to you talks you through the entire procedure, which was incredibly comforting. The only thing I wish I had brought with me was a small weighted blanket to lay on me during the process for a little extra comfort, but in my panicked moment the staff modified with a coat which worked!! The procedure itself is painless! I honestly wish I had done it sooner!
I had a great experience at LASIK Eye Institute! The staff was incredibly kind and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away, and the procedure itself was quick and smooth.
I’m only on day 3 of recovery, and I noticed a huge improvement in my vision as early as the next day. I can’t wait to see the final results once my eyes are fully healed, but so far I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend LASIK Eye Institute to anyone considering LASIK!
I had my LASIK procedure done 3 days ago and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The staff made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process, especially since I was a little bit nervous before the surgery
The procedure itself was quick and smooth, and Dr. Person explained everything clearly every step of the way. my vision is doing great so far and it still feels unreal waking up and being able to see clearly without glasses or contacts!

I absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone here was so nice and accommodating, and it really helped ease my nerves going towards the day of my surgery. Dr. Person made my surgery very calming and talked me through the whole time. I would definitely recommend getting your lasik experience done here! Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Everyone here wants you to have the best experience you can have
. Starting from the Consultation - the ladies up front were very helpful and nice. I was with 2 of my brothers so we had a lot of questions which they provided all the answers and everything was very clear. Surgery day - everything felt like such a smooth operation of people cycling in and out. The nice ladies working made sure I felt comfortable and prepared for and post operation. Going in the procedure felt like a pit stop for nascar, everyone had their job and executed flawlessly (except on my end!)! I moved during the setup on one eye for the vaccum and they reassured me that I was okay and they got me. Overall Dr. Person and the amazing supporting cast here did a wonderful job and if I had to do it over again - I’d find myself right back here!
The procedure was honestly very quick - I was assessed on a Friday and they scheduled me for the following Saturday. It took about 45 minutes to an hour start to finish. I was slightly unprepared for just how much my eyes would burn afterwards - it was quite like having onions cut and rubbed in my eyes during most of the four hours I was napping after the procedure. That said, I seem to be recovering quite nicely, and the discomfort went away quite quickly. I'm only a few days post-op but I can drive during the day without issue. I'm still a bit hazy and blurry, but that seems to be normal. All in all, while the procedure is a bit intimidating, I'm glad I did it so far.

The process itself was so easy and completely painless, which exceeded my expectations. I had built it up in my head to be something scary, but it turned out to be smooth, quick, and honestly such a positive experience.
And the best part — I am SO happy to finally be glasses-free! Waking up and being able to see clearly without reaching for my glasses feels amazing. It has truly been life-changing.

My LASIK experience was honestly a 20/10. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel so comfortable and at ease. One thing that meant a lot to me was that they spoke to me in Spanish, it felt so warm and personal, and it reminded me of my mom, which made the experience even more special.
The procedure itself was super quick, and they explained everything they were doing step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. I always felt like I was in good hands.
Overall, such an amazing team. I’m so grateful for how smooth and positive my experience was. I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering LASIK!
