Basheda, nurse, with a positive attitude and professional manner. No pain with the poke for blood draw. A 1:10 appointment, I was a seen at 1:18. Quicker than I would have thought! Be early by 5 minutes to check in. I got the appointment on the web site. Had to create an ID and registration. It took about 20 minutes for me to figure it out. Finally successful to get an appointment.

I really enjoy my consultations with this Doctor. Dr. Lee is very efficient and always runs her appointments on time, which I truly appreciate. Her staff is very responsive and helpful as well. She listens and is encouraging. I highly recommend if you want an engaged and competent physician that respects your time and her patients.

I could never imagine a better Endocrinologist than Dr. Prashant Koshy with The Endocrine Center main office located at 10837 Katy Fwy. in Houston. I have been a patient of his for about 6 years now and it is always a pleasure to have an office visit with this kind and thoughtful Doctor. He is an expert on Testosterone Replacement for men compared to a Urologist. He orders initial labs for thyroid function, plus many others, that give a more complete diagnosis on the causes for low T. Dr. Koshy welcomes my discussions on related research I find on the web. I HIGHLY recommend him without reserve!

I had a great experience with Dr. Koshy while managing my type II diabetes. The office was organized, and the staff was friendly. Dr. Koshy took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and reviewed my lab results in detail. I appreciated the thorough discussion of treatment options and the willingness to answer all my questions. I left feeling confident and supported, with a clear plan moving forward. Dr Michaelis and her staff were ahead of schedule today and actually saw me 15 minutes before my appointed time! Sarah the receptionist at check in as well as medical assistant/nurse Courtney were professional, friendly, and efficient. As a retired physician I sincerely appreciate Dr Michaelis' compassionate care as well as her thoroughness and detailed discussion of my treatment options!

Dr. Michaelis, was observant and made me feel very comfortable. She explained to me very well the reason my primary doctor referred me to her. My appointment was at 9:00 am, first time (New Patient) seen right away, bloodwork doneI was home by 10:00 am.

I’ve had thyroid issues for the last 30 years!! A few months ago Dr. Mohammad Ansari.became my new endocrinologist! He exceeds my highest expectations! He’s absolutely phenomenal. He’s knowledgeable. He pays attention to every detail. Extremely patient, great listener , great communication skills! strong, ethical standards and a problem solver! I only wish I could’ve found him years ago!

I highly recommend Dr. Michaelis. She has a wonderful, down-to-earth manner that immediately puts you at ease. I especially appreciated her collaborative approach; she truly listened to my goals and took my unique health history into account without any judgment or pressure. She is remarkably easy to talk to and ensures you feel like a respected partner in your own care.
