Dr Justin Butler is a great surgeon, he gave me back my life. If I was rating just him, I'd say 5 stars. Some of the staff on the other hand, I'd have to say in the 3 to 4 range. There were so many of them all up in the mix, giving post-op instructions that proved to be wrong and caused me to heal incorrectly! All because I listened to what I was told by staff and trusted that answer! And when it was clear that it wasn't healing correctly instead of them immediately calling me in and trying to rectify the situation I had to do all my own advocating to the point of complete and utter exhaustion and I had to pester and push them so much that they finally couldn't ignore me anymore and that's when they took action. That should never ever ever have gone down that way! The minute they see things aren't going right they should've fixed the problem. But I had to chase and chase and chase so much to get it taken care of it was absolutely ridiculous! I'm 95% certain that if I hadn't pushed so hard it would have gotten worse and worse until it may have been too late. So that staff needs to all get on the same page not just be willy nilly giving advice that isn't right and if the patient is telling you they're extremely concerned when something doesn't look right action needs to be taken immediately! The patient should not have to go round around to get it done that's ridiculous!
I had Achilles tendon repair surgery on 2/20/26 with Dr. Scott, and I can confidently say I was in great hands from start to finish. He made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, which meant a lot going into surgery.
At my follow-up visit today, he told me I’m doing exceptionally well in my recovery and even about a month ahead of schedule. That speaks volumes about the care, guidance, and surgical expertise he provides.
I’m really grateful for the support and attention I’ve received. If you’re dealing with a torn Achilles, I highly recommend Dr. Scott—you’ll be in excellent hands.
I am very satisfied with the results of my two visits. My surgery is ming up and I feel very comfortable with the potential outcome. I was happy to meet Dr Justin Butler and also one of his Physician's Assistants, Jeremiah Ozuna. They took enough time to explain what was going to happen for my upcoming knee replacement. The office staff was friendly and everything was clean.
I’m very happy I found CORE. I’ve suffered with episodes of sciatica and radiating pain for several years. I’ve seen GP’s who prescribed pills and therapy but no root cause was ever diagnosed and PT results were marginal. But…Dr Wallace at CORE figured it out. He was the only doctor in my life to take a standing x-ray and recognize I have lower lumbar scoliosis. He prescribed an injection of steroids in my S-I joint, followed by Physical Therapy under ROB STEINMEYER, DPT. I can’t say enough about these two healthcare providers. Between the two of them I feel like myself for the first time in 10 years and am enjoying all my favorite activities again…without pain pills or rubs.
Based on feedback I’ve read here, I can say, yes this office and PT Clinic are very busy… because they are very good at what they do! Pack your patience and remember they are working with people who can’t move quickly and are in pain.
Rob and his PT team (Scott and Oscar) are so caring and knowledgeable. They will put you through your paces, but do exactly what they tell you and do your homework! You will have the most amazing results! It feels so good to feel so good!

Grayson was very arrogant and not willing to give me and my wife proper treatment. Oh and by the, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office to reschedule, and that makes people feel and look like no shows which isn’t the case. We’ve been coming to the core for years and never had any issues.
I saw Jessica Hepburn, PA today at the core West valley. She was amazing as always and she found the cause of my pain and found a solution for my pain. I was able to get in quickly and she treated me very well and gave me excellent care. I get next available injection. My visit was not rushed. She reviewed all my images with me and explained why I was having pain and what she was going to do to get my nerve root settled down. She did an examination. She was very gentle and very compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone having any back issues or pain.
They performed surgery on my hands about three years ago, and they did a great job. Recently, I had to go back because I was having problems with my knee, and once again, they did not disappoint. They gave me a shot and sent me home with instructions to give it some time to help ease the pain. They also recommended a gel injection for next time, which I am willing to try as long as it helps me feel better. Overall, I have had a very good experience with The CORE Institute.
I had an ankle replacement. My nurse at the appointment was the best I was really scared to get my staples out she did not hurt me at all and the guy I can't remember his name he's the one that cut off my cast he is a sweetheart I love him he's always giving me information regarding my surgery he's the best. Made my appointment very pleasant. I had my cast cut off, x-rays, staples and stitches taken out and had a boot fitted In an hour.Thank you all.
