Dr. Willoughby was very nice and very knowledgeable explained things to me so that I could understand. I look forward to continuing working with him to achieve my goals for surgery and beyond. I’m very happy with him as my choice for Doctor and the Core Institute itself. the lobby was immaculate and big and quick to help at the desks and quick to get into the doctor. They called my name after I finished filling out my paperwork I was back getting x-rays and then saw the doctor right away. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. Very happy with my appointment today.
My visit with Dr. Marshall Hughes was excellent. Unlike many other doctors I’ve experienced, he truly stands out as one of the kindest, most attentive, and personable physicians I’ve encountered. He made all of us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and took the time to genuinely listen to our concerns without ever making us feel rushed.
He showed great patience and compassion, especially when addressing my grandmother’s shoulder pain, and provided exceptional care throughout the visit. His professionalism, bedside manner, and genuine concern for his patients are truly appreciated. I wish more healthcare providers approached patient care the way he does—it makes a meaningful difference.
Dr Natanya Mcdonough was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I've never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. Highly recommend!!!!!
"I appreciate how thorough Dr.Natanya Mcdonough is. She listens intently to concerns, asks questions, and explains everything she's checking during her exam. I'm so glad I found such a great doctor!
For Staff "Scheduling was easy, and I was seen quickly. Dr.Natanya Mcdonough was efficient but never rushed. The staff was welcoming and professional, making the whole visit great.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Rachelle Murray, PTA was absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking for a healthcare professional.
The disrespect started immediately. My foot began having muscle spasms, and instead of showing concern, she looked at me and rudely asked, “Are you doing that yourself?” as if I was faking it. Completely unprofessional.
Then she started massaging my ankle. I told her multiple times that it hurt. Her response?
“Well, your doctor feels you need to be in physical therapy, that’s why you’re here.”
I told her clearly that I requested physical therapy myself my doctor didn’t just send me here.
That’s when she snapped back:
“You’re not a doctor, you can’t write your own script.”
The attitude was completely unnecessary.
It continued downhill from there. I told her I have CRPS and I’m extremely sensitive to touch. Instead of adjusting or showing any concern, she ignored it. When the pain became unbearable and I pulled my foot away, she said:
“Your file doesn’t say you’re sensitive to touch.”
So instead of listening to the person in front of her, she wanted to argue with a chart.
She then compared me to other CRPS patients:
“I’ve been around other CRPS patients, they don’t act like this.”
No CRPS patient should EVER be compared to another. Everyone’s pain level is different. Her comment was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and medically inappropriate.
After all this, I asked for a supervisor. She rolled her eyes, huffed, puffed, and walked away. And instead of sending a supervisor like I requested, they sent another therapist to try to smooth things over like they hoped I would just let it go.
Let’s be honest: they brushed the entire situation under the rug.
I left feeling disrespected, ignored, dismissed, and discriminated against because of my condition.
And let me repeat this loud and clear:
Some things cannot just be brushed under the table.
This was wrong and absolutely needs to be addressed.
🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
I will NEVER work with Rachelle Murray, PTA again. If you have CRPS, chronic pain, or any condition requiring compassion or sensitivity, protect yourself request a different therapist immediately. Healthcare should make people feel safe and supported. This experience did the exact opposite.
Can I just point out how friendly, thorough, attentive, staff is? I’ve been working with two locations and I can say The Core staff from both locations have made the process of appointments easy. From being worried about payment, and surgery. Their individual care through the appointments, and calls for surgery has given me soo much peace of mind. Thank you so much
Nurse Practitioner, Kristine Gradisher was so attentive and empathetic. I really appreciate her level of care and professionalism. The clinical staff, I’m sorry I don’t remember names, I was a bit preoccupied. But everyone I encountered was so helpful and friendly! Thank you for a welcoming experience.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Natanya McDonough. I went to her in pain and with concerns, and she not only helped me professionally, but also supported me as a person—both physically and emotionally.
She showed genuine care, attention, and understanding. She took the time to listen to me and explain everything clearly and calmly. Thanks to her, I felt much better and more at ease.
An incredible woman and an outstanding professional! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor with a big heart and true professionalism.
Marc Triplet is the most caring medical profession I have ever had. He takes the time to know his patients and never treats you like a chart he has to do the minimum to rush thru the appointment. I drive an average of an hour to see Marc because of the way he cares and understands people have to be able to work even when they shouldnt because of their conditions.
If I had to drive 10 hours and stay some where over night I would even with the pain it would cause me He has the best I guess you would call it bed side maner
