I truly enjoyed everyone that I encountered at Ass of Woman's Health. From the registration desk all the way to meeting Dr. Small was a seamlessly pleasant experience. I truly enjoyed how informative Dr. Small was, and I felt that she thoroughly listened to my questions/concerns and really took the time to answer everything. By the end of my visit, I left feeling very happy and confident that I found my OBGYN home.

Please do not visit this clinic. My friends and I have had multiple issues with the front desk staff being incredibly rude, and we ultimately all decided to switch providers. I had an issue with a misplaced IUD and was unable to get a follow-up appointment in a timely manner, so I had to go to another clinic to resolve the issue. I also experienced a billing problem because the front desk staff did not bill my insurance, resulting in a $500 charge for a routine visit. In addition, I was unable to get anyone to return my phone calls or messages despite months of trying to reach someone. This may be one of the worst OB-GYN offices in Chicago. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. I cannot imagine being pregnant and having to deal with their staff. If you are looking for a good provider, I recommend Dr. Perry in Lakeview.

I recently came in for an annual exam and saw Dr. Dunning. The staff, nurse and doctor are welcoming, professional and attentive. Dr Dunning made me feel comfortable through her thorough and compassionate patient care. Highly recommend.

Great provider. But the whole check-in process is a nightmare — they will not allow you to your appointment unless you checked-in online (which includes many, many questions and takes 10-15minutes). You have to do that every single time (even in the case of weekly visits). And once you arrive, the front desk (first) and the medical assistant (then) asks some of the same questions that were answered online (clearly they didn’t readthe information I provided online). This process is new to this practice. The doctor I see has been following me for 10 years that’s why I keep coming but I would definitely not come in otherwise because of this process. It is so painful and seems a waste of time (as the practice staff don’t review it).

The facility at 30 N Michigan is clean and organized and the front staff are so nice. Dr. Laughman is also a wonderful doctor and I cannot recommend her enough. She's attentive and always makes sure I understand what she's explaining. She makes sure I know I'm in control for any procedure and we can stop at any time. Just a genuine great doctor.

Dr. Laughman took care of me throughout my first pregnancy and delivered my first child. She was wonderful every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I also had an incredible experience working with all of the women at the front desk who have been thoughtful, kind and supportive for the past 10 months, remembering my husband and I at each visit. The nurses are sweet and efficient as well, as are the two phlebotomists in the lab. Truly couldn't recommend this office for pregnancy more. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Receptionist was rude! Literally did not help, gave an attitude, and I never even got a chance to see a doctor. Glad I seen the type of people representing this facility. I do NOT recommend!

Dr. Dunning is an exceptional gynecologist. Her medical expertise is evident in every interaction, and she demonstrates a deep understanding of her field. She takes the time to explain things clearly, ensuring you feel informed, comfortable and reassured. She is highly skilled, empathetic and gentle. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new M.D. Thank you Dr. Dunning!
