Check in was simple and quick. Receptionist was polite, efficient and friendly. The MA taking my vitals and swabbing my nose was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made it painless and easy , even as uncomfortable as a nose swab can be. The NP came in with my results, was super upbeat and listened to everything I said, ans asked questions. He was absolutely wonderful. I left knowing I am on the right path to feeling better.

Went here 3 weeks ago and saw NP Flores. Had a really painful ingrown hair. She was very knowledgeable and prescribed me the anbiotics that were needed. Prescription was sent over right away and was able to pickup meds in 30mins. Returned a week later just to follow up to make sure infection was gone and saw NP Chavez. He was also amazing and very knowledgeable. I was examined and he suggested a Dermatologist would be best to make sure i had the proper care for what was needed. NP Chavez went above and beyond to find me a dermatologist who could take care of me right away. I had a appointment that very morning! Will definitely recommend 👌 They provided the best care from a urgent care that I've ever had and I've lived in different states. Thank you so much NP Flores and Chavez you both were amazing 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽

Binaka was such a sweet heart. He was taking care of like a family not as a patient. 5 star is not enough for her. And also Dr.Cantu was very professional and friendly. And handled my husband very politely and carefully. God bless them

The MA staff and front desk lady were amazing. The physician that we saw was short and kept staring at my shirt. It was a political designs but I was there for care for my son. A MD should not be a barrier on a care for a toddler due to a shirt design. She diagnosed him and walked out. I had to ask for an informational sheet and a note after the visit. I was standing in the hallway just waiting. Very unprofessionally in the pediatric world. I wanted correct care for my son and I didn’t receive it. I looked up the diagnosis on an informational site and he absolutely doesn’t have what she diagnosed him with. I have almost 13 years in the medical field and have worked with numerous doctors and I have never seen a doctor let politics get in the way. We got a second opinion and they said he was definitely missed diagnosed. The first doctor wanted to give him antibiotics and get him out of school. He has low immune system so I am hesitate to give him antibiotics unless he truly need them. I am a mom that speaks her mind and I have medical background to backup my mouth. Please be aware of Dr Hilliard at this location!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Nurse Practitioner Steven Chavez and his MA, Bianka. They did an amazing job removing an earring that was stuck in my right ear. Steven talked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. He was incredibly patient, professional, and reassuring. Bianka was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care they provided and truly appreciate how smoothly they handled the situation. Thank you both!

A terrible experience! Waited over am hour in the waiting room, paid 100$ to then be taken back have my vitals taken, my blood pressure was 140 over 101, with a big headache and blurred vision then waited another hour for the nurse practitioner to come in and tell me she cant do anything. I expressed everything I was going through up front so instead of having me waste my money, referring me to the ER from the beginning would have been the way to go. Never have I waited so long for nothing! A waste of my time and money! Will NEVER return.

The staff was very informed and also making you feel comfortable. Nurse Bianca was very informative and made me feel at ease I hate needles had a bad experience with a TB with a nurse elsewhere and they pulled the nail it stay in my arm this was bad. I am so glad Nurse Bianca explained what she was going to do and made sure I was not going to get scared with the experience I had. All your staff was wonderful. I did not feel like a number . I felt like a patient with TLC. Thank you again I appreciate this. Diana Sandoval

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received. The entire staff is very kind and cordial. I also appreciate the doctor being so attentive; his willingness to listen and explain everything in detail was very helpful.
