Staff were welcoming and the treatment team were awesome. I asked a lot of questions and they were very patient and direct in resolving my sickness. The “rule out” testing enabled them to quickly diagnose and get my treatment started. I really appreciate the rapid intake and thorough care! I will come back here for any other urgent care!

It was easy to make an appointment. It was easy to pay. The bedside manner of the staff was excellent. We were in and out quickly but the provider was thorough and didn’t seem rushed. The waiting room felt a little gross - stains in the carpet, dust on the windows, rips in the chairs, which were fabric and not easy to sanitize.

I had been struggling with lower back pain for about two weeks and decided to visit Texas Med Clinic. I was seen within 15 minutes, which was greatly appreciated. The doctor was thorough, took the time to evaluate my condition, and prescribed the right medication. They also provided stretching exercises and helpful guidance while I was being treated. The staff was professional, and the entire experience was efficient and positive. I highly recommend Texas Med Clinic for anyone needing prompt and quality care.

I’ve been struggling with a severe ear infection for over a month. I’ve gone to two other MedClinics where the providers actually listened and tried different treatments. I only came back to this location because the pain became unbearable and it was the closest one. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve had. I was sent in and back out in under five minutes. The doctor barely glanced in my ear and immediately refilled the exact same prescription that hasn’t been helping me at all. She didn’t listen, didn’t ask questions, and didn’t seem to care about the fact that my pain has been waking me up out of my sleep. The front staff was also rude and dismissive. I paid $35 just to be brushed off and given the same ear drops that have already failed me. I would strongly advise avoiding this location and any treatment by Brooke Bynum. This was a completely unacceptable and unprofessional experience. I would recommend Stotzer FWY or Medical center location!

I was feeling awful so I made an appointment online. The check-in process was very simple and I was seen right away. The nurse and the doctor on duty were very friendly and professional. I was coughing so bad the nurse offered me water and was very understanding. When the doctor came in she made me feel very comfortable and clearly explained her recommendations. She asked several questions about my symptoms and allergies. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and was understanding. Dr.Sponhaltz is very kind and caring. Hopefully I won’t be sick anytime soon but if so I’ll be sure to come here.

I checked my fiance in online before we arrived on Fridayafternoon. After arriving checked in again on iPad. No other patients were in lobby, staff was just sitting there. They called him back, they waited 30 minutes before they went back to see him. I had to go complain to the front desk to ask why he had not been seen yet. I told them we were going to leave and wanted a refund, at that point, the Dr heard me and got up and walked in to see him. He was suffering from severe congestion and head cold and needed antibiotics and steroids, but Dr said he would not prescribe anything unless he did a chest X-ray. My fiance refused the X-ray and left. He paid a $75 copay and did not get treated properly. We feel this Dr was trying to make more revenue for the clinic instead of being more interested in helping patient feel better. This will be the last time we go to a clinic of yours and will let our family and friends know that your priorities are not for patients, but to try to increase revenue for clinic. We felt scammed!

Came in today for some bloodwork, and Fred Hiller took such good care of me. He was attentive, talkative, and polite. He also ensured I had everything I needed, and no more questions before I left. I’ve been coming to this med clinic for years! They have great staff, easy check in, and great doctors!
