Nora was very helpful and made the whole process easy. She took her time explaining everything and helped me find a pair of glasses that actually fit my style and budget. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’d definitely come back and recommend asking for her.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience thanks to Juan! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything so much easier than I expected. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend working with Juan. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Juan was incredibly helpful with my contact lens emergency while I was visiting from out of town. He made sure I got the contacts I needed quickly and provided excellent customer service. The office was also very clean. Thank you so much, Juan!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Nicole was fantastic! She explained everything she was doing and was professional and kind throughout the whole process. She was also patient with my specific situation and answered all my questions. This was a very pleasant experience.

Our salesperson Juan was very attentive and helpful through whole journey. Thanks. If you need glasses this is the store to go to and ask for Juan for help. Came to get my husband his yearly glasses and thought they had a 2 for79$ special but when got here found out it all changed and doesn't include lenses at all. But all was good husband found glasses he could be okay with and was happy that's all that matters.

Everyone was friendly, kind and respectful. They had amazing customer service and especially took into consideration the needs of my senior citizen mom. Alexis, Jose and Fernando make a great team which made for an enjoyable experience.

Juan’s customer service was amazing! Not only did he go above and beyond in helping me find lenses but he also helped me understand the BOGO deals for my specific prescription. Definitely appreciated the way he went out of his way! Jose was also great 😊 GO SPURS GO!!!!
