I came to pick up my frames and my experience was pleasant. I was tended by Juan. Juan truly made my experience stress free and I definitely am satisfied. I was informed of a daily deal involving sunglasses and he even offered to show me a few frames. He tended to my needs as well as being very attentive to others who we're walking in at the same time. I ended up purchasing another pair of frames but them being made into sun glasses. I truly am happy with my overall experience. I definitely will recommend you visit the location off Military in San Antonio Texas.
I came here right on city base and Alice helped me out right away and was very attentive and helpful. She took care of my glasses right away, I’ve gotten my glasses here before and the atmosphere was so nice and welcoming I’ll definitely be back again! 🌺🌺

I walked in and was greeted with a smile by staff. I was helped and guided with any questions I had. Eye exam was different but good experience with all test done. Alexandra was so very helpful and patient with all my concern I had with purchase. She helped me get my glasses within budget plan available. The wait was crazy but, it was worth the wait to get great customer service I expected.

Alex, Alexas and Tyree are very professional, attentive and pleasant representatives with great customer service. They took care of me although I had to wait a minute, the wait allowed me see to them in action. They made sure everyone was greeted, acknowledged and treated with care and kindness.
Made my wife an appointment for 11 she has been waiting for an hour to be seen. Nobody can give her an update. Waited for 2 hours. She finally got done. She picked up her “new prescription” and it is awful. She says it’s worse than her old one, makes her have headaches, just awful service. They want her to come back in to get it fixed. We will never be going back to this place! I just wish they would offer a refund!
