I have been seeing Dr Yue for years. She is very good at her job and caught a melanoma on my back at an early stage a couple of years ago. She is also very sweet. The office staff is great and I have never experienced a long wait when I arrive.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful, appts are easy to schedule, Dr. Rubenzik is warm, professional, thorough and a great communicator. The office contacted me right away with lab test results. Ive been with SWSS for 15 years, always a pleasure to see them!

A great experience. Dr Rubenzik is pleasant to deal with. She performed a thorough full body skin check and was very comprehensive. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. I feel confident under her care.

Dr Yue is one of those rare doctors who make you feel confidant that she knows what she’s doing and will take the extra step to do it right. The fact that she is personable is a bonus.

Dr. Yue was efficient and helpful when I developed a lesion after my semi-annual examination. She dealt with my issue promptly and cheerfully on very short notice!

I just called to make an appointment and the staff member answering the phone could not have been more rude or unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate because all of the great reviews made this seem like a promising fit. I can’t waste my time with unprofessional and impolite staff. She basically told me to get lost, because they have no openings until June anyway. Now I feel grossed out having interacted with someone with such little respect to their own tone of speech. Ugh.

Everyone in the office was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rubenzick is super thorough and has the best bedside manner. She takes the time to explain everything and welcomes questions.
