Had to make an emergency last min appt and even tho it was a little farther than I would’ve picked, I’m glad I went. The young lady at the front desk, when I made my initial call to make the appointment, was very sweet and very accommodating. She took all my information and put me at ease. When I was called back by the assistant, he too made me feel at ease, very professional. Dr. Pradhan was an absolute joy. Her bedside manner is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my initial visit. Still have to go back for more work but I feel confident that my next visits will be just as great. No one really likes to go to the dentist But this team makes it a little bit easier. Thank you Sonrisa Team!
Sonrisa Dental is by far a splendid place to visit. Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Matthew is one of the dental assistants who took pride in his work and made my visit so pleasant. Dr Gaya is such a joy to meet. Dr Gaya is friendly, I was so impressed with her presence, she did the exam on my teeth even though her staff let her know that my HMO Medicare was not in network. This dental office does accept Medicare, however it only accepts the PPO Medicare. I was heartbroken after meeting Dr Gaya because she is absolutely a beautiful soul. I appreciate Dr Gaya for taking the time to care for me even knowing she wouldn't be paid from my insurance. That is what unconditional care for others looks like. Thank you to the office staff, to Matthew who took care of me ,and most of Dr Gaya for her kindness. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for comfort and great care 😊.
Dr. Pradhan is the absolute best! I don't rave about dentists, except in this case. I've been a patient here for maybe 3 years and I wouldn't change again. She is very thorough in explaining routines, procedures, options. Hey professionalism and care for her patients is top notch Additionally, she is the most pleasant, sincere and friendliest dentist I've ever had. As a person, she's has always been genuine. That sealed the deal for me Her staff is always thorough and friendly. Highly recommended.
I would definitely recommend this team to anybody! I was a little nervous going in because I haven’t been to a dentist in sometime. My teeth were not as bad as I initially thought. Dr. Taylor was able to address all my concerns and come up with an affordable dental treatment plan for me. The staff was also very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thanks for a great experience!
I came here because i went a year without insurance and my previous dentist doesnt accept my new insurance.
One of the biggest fears people have, including me, about dentists is that they can be rude/judgemental based on past experiences.
However, Dr. Pradhan was amazing, she has incredible bedside manner and she was polite and empathetic to my situation as to why my oral health is in the state that its in. She was very straight forward on my treatment plan and what i can expect for future visits to get my teeth back on track.
I didnt catch the name of the hygienist that did my deep cleaning, but she was really great as well and made my teeth look wonderful.
Im so glad i found this office, the easiest dental experience ive had by far.
I was almost 7months behind on my routine cleaning. Made an appointment line, was under the impression it was the next day. When I arrived the lady told me that I was s schedule for June 2nd. Lol, lucky I wait an hour and they got me in, I was so grateful 🙏. Great service!!
Star needs a raise. omgsh I loved her! great staff today and overall. I come to you guys because of availability and my work schedule is hit or miss and give me time to change plans with you...but my dentist today 10/10...my tech 15/10. I adored her! thanks Star for embracing my vibe!!!!
I was here on april 7 2026. Doctor Taylor cleaned my teeth, all o m g , she does a wonderful job, very kind and caring, explains what she is doing and why. I have been coming here a few years.\n Some of the staff has changed., but doctor taylor makes it worthwhile.
