From the time you enter the door, you feel like the people like what they do. I felt like I was in good hands for my difficult surgery. Every person who be a part of my care came to see me and asked do I have any questions. I would recommend HonorHealth to all who will need hospital care or back or spine surgery. Appreciate them all.

Michele was great the first few months , but I felt she was targeting my mom who was also a patient . My mom took Sudafed due a cold and got discharged bc of this … while we really liked her . She needs to ask questions and use a better lab. I did research on the lab bc I am pharmacy technician and they use a subpar lab that only tests did basic things . On top Of that they didn’t call my other bank after two messages when we figured what happened with the Sudafed this is just bad medicine . She accused my mom of taking my adderall which she never has …for a pain dr that need a better lab and to apologize to mother … they need to realize Sudafed or munchies will pop as well .. I really like her hit am super disappointed in how she handled everything with my mother…

As always, as comprehensive and exam and physiological explanation as test results will allow. I appreciated that Bryce withheld any opinion or speculation until an MRI was Completed and Dr Datta consulted. Honest, compassionate professionalism.

My overall experience with this place sucks. They tell you that you can come early and be seen but they still make you wait over an hour and even call you after your appointment time. The Dr never does a real good thorough exam and doesn't touch you at all. Pretty much just works off notes and expect you to get better asap. Definitely a waste of time and money.

Dr Michael Chang is the best! He introduced himself and got right into discussing my issues. He was very thorough and honest about the risks, surgery time and expectations. I give him the highest praise as the best doctor I have ever seen!!!

Every member of the staff are professional yet personable while being extremely efficient. Met with Jason Datta, MD, who was thorough, attentive, and respectful. Even though I am a healthcare professional, he communicated his opinions and outlined treatment options succinctly. Sonoran Spine Center is definitely a "Center of Excellence"

The experience was professional and efficient. I got there an hour early so desk could get payment and ask questions. I decided not to go under for the procedure. Was asked to go back with nurse and asked more questions. The back nurses were friendly and took vitals and got me ready for injections when the Dr was ready. The doctor never saw my face or spoke to me until about half was thru. When finished he went back to his desk and was immediately on his phone. I wanted to thank him but I also didn’t want to disturb. They were churning the patients through. I’m getting relief I guess that’s the main objective.

Kelli is always accommodating and very thoughtful with her answers to all of my questions. She never hesitates to let me know that if I am worried about anything to just let her know, and they will get me in or order advanced Imaging whichever is best suited for the situation. She always makes me feel comfortable. Always!
