they did not numb me enough before drilling into a tooth which was extremely painful. i was told i was just experiencing coldness and it was normal. (i know it was not normal because i have since been to a new dentist and i was completely numb and pain free). i was told i would experience pain after my appointment and when i expressed concern about pain management the dentist was dismissive, said she would give me ibuprofen before i left but never did. she then sent me to an endodontist for a root canal on the wrong tooth.
the technician that assisted me with my x rays was very helpful and kind, but she mentioned she didnt work there regularly and was just helping out for the day. a couple days later a different dentist at this location helped me get some medication to manage the pain which was greatly appreciated, but this place seems to be on the decline and i will get the rest of my dental work done elsewhere.
Absolutely love this office, started coming here a few months ago and I brought them lunch with my most recent visit to show my appreciation for their kindness. The staff is very kind and took the time to explain everything to me.
I absolutely love this office and their staff. The doctors are very professional, knowledgeable, and proficient in their work, as well as the hygienist and assistants! If you want quality work come here! Oh the office manager is the sweetest!
Been coming here for a few years and I’ve just watched this place go on a major decline. Today was the final straw for me. The staff are friendly, but are completely lost on how to proceed unless Dr Schneider is available. Today I was seated, they put the bib on me, then walked away. 30 minutes goes by just to be told they’re all waiting for the doctor. The fact this place has 10+ technicians standing around talking the whole time while Dr Schneider is frantically trying to take care of each patient is sickening to watch. I’ve been more than patient with you guys my last couple visits, but things are getting worse here. Save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere!
Awsome place....friendly, professional, clean, modern facility. Love my dentist. I have personal preferences and they accommodate with a smile!! Awsome place....not disappointed at all, highly recommend this facility at this location anyways.....other locations ??? but can't imagine it wouldn't be as good as this location.
Receptionist Kay was terrible. I called in to help sort out a scheduling issue that was on their end. Each time I called I was put on a long hold and left there. I called back to ask to speak with the manager and was put on hold again with no resolution. I ended up calling 5 times with the same thing happening every time. I finally called and cancelled my service with them. I have no idea what her issue was as I have been a loyal patient and was only trying to help reschedule for a whitening and cleaning appointment. I am extremely surprised by how I was treated for trying to make an appointment.

I absolutely love my hygienist, Jules!! I am a bit of a sensitive baby with my teeth!! Jules understands, and is sooooo caring and empathetic to that!! I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else!! She’s a beautiful person!!! Inside and Out!!!! Thanks, Jules!! 🥰
