I had such a great experience thanks to the front desk. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and a positive attitude.
The doctor in the back (Dr.Bang) was just as amazing—very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the appointment.
Overall, this office runs so smoothly, and you can tell it’s because of the great team they have.

Great availability, accommodating of my special sensory needs, and they don’t try to talk me into unnecessary work but they have been able to get me a same-day filling when I wanted it! My nightguard wore out too fast and they replaced it for me quickly at no charge. I’m so satisfied with my dental care at this practice and I would recommend it to others!
I literally could not ask for a better dental experience each time I come in! I am so grateful that I found this office & I couldn’t be more thankful to be a patient of theirs! I’ve even referred some of my coworkers! A million thanks to you all for making me feel comfortable, safe, and less nervous about dental visits!
Had 2 appointments, waited over an hour both times. The most egregious was the most recent appointment. I showed up 4 minutes past the grace window, they told me I would have to reschedule, I said ok. I didn’t beg to be seen, I didn’t make any objections, the front desk then says we’ll see you. I proceed to wait for an hour and forty five minutes before I was seen. At the one hour mark I ask if I can just reschedule, they tell me they would charge me and I need to be seen if I didn’t want to be charged. Front desk rescheduled my boyfriend with out any issues, they saw everyone else that came in no issue. I get back to the room and the dentist let me know they were understaffed for the afternoon. So they decided to have me waiting knowing they couldn’t reasonably accommodate me. The dentist then proceeds to offer me veneers and to remove my wisdom teeth as optional procedures that are not necessary within 5 minutes of sitting down. I declined at which point she actually got to the dental plan. I saw her for a grand total of 10 minutes, the hygienist did my cleaning. My appointment was for 3pm and I left at 6pm for a routine cleaning. No X-rays no paperwork no fillings, nothing that warranted me having to be there 3 hours. Then had the nerve to ask me when I wanted to come back in, truly diluted. The actual dental work wasn’t bad.
Everyone at Philadelphia dental is fantastic. Dr. Wang always makes me feel comfortable explains everything she is doing and never makes going to the dentist a scary experience. I highly recommend anyone who doesn’t love the dentist to see Dr. Wang and she will change your mind.
The assistants were so kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The doctor was wonderful—took their time with me and never made me feel rushed. The front desk staff is also amazing! They’re always so helpful, whether it’s filling out forms or explaining insurance co-pays. Overall, such a positive experience every time.
