I had an amazing experience with Kishunti at Rodeo Dental on Scott! She did my and my daughters’ cleaning and was absolutely the best. I felt little to no discomfort the entire time, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. She has such a calm and gentle presence, which really helped ease my nerves. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, kind, and makes you feel comfortable, I highly recommend Kishunti!

My coworker recommended Rodeo Dental/Scott. My experience was very smooth. Daneisha at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, she walked me through the whole paperwork process. Simple and quick. Special s/o to Eddie and Dr. Ruth. You guys Rock! Thank y'all so much for my deep cleaning treatment and for alleviating my fear of going to the dentist

We had a great experience. The place is very clean. The people are very nice. However, the person who did my daughters cleaning didn't really greet herself. She also didn't put glasses on my daughter when she did her cleaning, and she got water in her face and down her neck.

Today experience was not too good. Appointment was scheduled for 11:00, procedure started around 2:00pm. I was directed not to feed my child 8 hours before the appointment, so waiting until after the staff finishing lunch was disappointing. I was advised prior that it may take up to 3 hours, but I was not aware that the 3hours will be spent in the waiting area.

My boyfriend had placed a complaint on my behalf about an month ago and I can say that was true. They have told me that I need to reschedule my appointment due to a mistake on their behalf. I told the staff that to make this appointment I have to place pto 2 wks in advance to get approval to be off. I told them the mistake was on them not me and that they needed to fix this issue. They did and I was seen but that was the second time they tried to place blame on me the pt. Not to mention the wait time for this office is ridiculous. To have a clip board system is mediocre in this day of modern medical advancement. I should not have to wait an hour and a half or more to be seen. Something needs to change. I don’t know if it should be staff or management but either way yall need to step up your game and get it together. Your apologizes mean nothing when my time is wasted.

Huntyyyy if your not bringing your child here to rodeo dental ' not just rodeo dental but the one off of Scott street . I love bringing my kids here they are never bored here it's always something to do ' the whole scheme of it is amazing !!!! I'm 3 years in and done has another baby now she goes here also ' keep doing what you guys are doing I love it ' even the staff are amazing , they listen for the most part and are very gentle with my kids ' it's a win win for me !!! B

The waiting area staff were very warm and inviting. The Dr. Thompson was very thorough in sharing his assessment and explaining care options and possible outcomes. He gave a complete picture with his recommendations and even offered that I could seek a second opinion. However, his assessment was so thorough I felt good making a decision at that point. I really appreciated having the full picture for all options explained.

I’ve been taking my son here since he was born, every visit takes the time they specify. Sometimes check in may take a bit longer due to wait time but once your in, the process is fast.
