I recently completed my fourth laser hair removal session at Renova Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I purchased a full face package with a neck add-on, and after just four sessions, I’ve experienced barely any hair growth even four weeks after my last visit.
As a woman with PCOS, I was very nervous about committing to this process. Hormonal hair growth can be unpredictable, and I had read that laser treatments might not always be effective—or could even make things worse. Thankfully, my experience has been the complete opposite. The results have been truly life-changing for me and my confidence.
The staff at Renova Spa has been professional, reassuring, and thorough throughout each appointment, which made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. I’m beyond thrilled with my progress and so excited to complete my remaining sessions. After seeing these results, I can’t wait to begin my full body treatments next!
I had a great experience at Renova laser hair removal & MedSpa! Everyone here is extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. Zayla, the technician who worked with me was especially very nice, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process, which made me feel very comfortable. I recently underwent laser treatment and IPL with technician Lexi Polk, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was incredibly patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Lexi took the time to clearly explain the procedures, set realistic expectations, and walk me through aftercare. She was very thorough and made sure to address all of my questions. Because I have very fair skin, she recommended using the Alex machine for the best results—and she was absolutely right!
I was also greeted by friendly faces including Bri and Christa, who made the visit even more pleasant and helped me easily schedule my next appointment.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Renova with their hair removal services. I’ve had Zayla as my hair removal tech for the past two visits and I cannot recommend her enough. She is so kind, very thorough, encouraging through the discomfort of laser (it’s so worth the pain), and is truly passionate about helping people. I cannot recommend Renova and Zayla enough!
Above all, I appreciate that it’s a real person who answers the phone almost immediately. Happy with the service and results.

They were graciously able to accommodate me after I got my dates mixed up and came a week early. First time with Amanda, she was great. Kind, efficient and quick. Keep an eye out for their deals. Highly recommend this place, especially for darker skin.
I have been using Renova for the last year and I have gotten amazing results. Staff is very friendly and sweet, amazing communication, and make the experience so much more comfortable. And I’ve found to be the most affordable laser businesses compared to others. I will continue on using them in the future for future lasers!
I love the ladies here! I’m super self conscious and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. As a girl with thick hair and dark skin, I have never had any issues and my hair has definitely reduced significantly.
