I took my mom to Prestige Emergency Room and had an outstanding experience. Corey, the nurse, truly stood out—he was kind, professional, and genuinely down-to-earth. The level of empathy he showed wasn’t just part of the job; it felt sincere, like it came from a real place of care and compassion. That kind of human treatment makes a huge difference, especially in stressful moments.
The doctor and the rest of the staff were equally amazing—attentive, respectful, and supportive throughout the entire visit. On top of that, the efficiency was impressive. We were able to get treatment in less than 20 minutes, which is almost unheard of for an emergency setting.
Overall, the combination of genuine care, professionalism, and speed made this an exceptional experience. I’m very grateful for how they treated my mom.
I've been lucky to have had 2 visits. Once was in 2023 around 1 in the morning and recently Monday morning closer to 8 am and both times I've arrived it was taken back right away. The team is great at trying to make me feel better and get to working on treatment asap. They were thorough in the process and explained it in common sense terms for me to understand. They are pretty equipped w IVs, X-rays, and labs. I obviously was under the weather and not feeling myself, with the pain constantly on level 9, the nurses were still very nice and sweet to me, they are doing God's work for sure. Thanks for the care.
Had to find an Urgent Care while in San Antonio and my DIL suggested Prestige Emergency Room. So glad I did. Not only was it close to home, but it was not packed as a matter of fact, I was the only patient there. I as I’m and out with breathing treatments and X-rays in an hour. Staff was great. Very efficient ER! Would definitely go back if necessary.
I’ve been here a few times over the past 6 months, and every experience has been consistently kind, efficient, and reassuring. This visit I saw the same provider I had a few days earlier, and he was just as kind and genuine—he even made a few lighthearted jokes that made a tough visit feel a little easier.
I actually drive out of my way to come to this ER, and I’ll continue to do so. That kind of care and consistency is hard to find.
Went today for some back pain. Was a little worried cause we saw a full parking lot, but in about 10 minutes was getting vitals. Then maybe another 10 and was being attended too. Much better than going to an hospital emergency room. We were in and out in about an hour and a half. Best i could ask for with waiting on x ray results. Saved the best for last, their staff. Everyone was very comforting. Made my pain a little more bareable. Thank y'all for taking care of me as quickly as you could.
My experience at Prestige Emergency Room was excellent when I visited for a urinary infection. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable. The medical team quickly identified my problem and prescribed antibiotics, explaining everything clearly. I value their professionalism and compassion, which made my visit smooth. I didn’t even have enough time to fill out the Intake form before they came to bring me back to an exam room. A medical assistant and nurse came in basically at the same time, and tests were started immediately. I was in and out quicker than any Dr visit I’ve ever been to, and my prescriptions were sent right away.
I felt like all the staff that I interacted with listened to what I had to say and treated me with respect! We will definitely be back to Prestige for future needs.
Horrible. We were there for 5 hours and nothing. Took 3 hours to get an ultrasound and another 2 of waiting for radiology to provide results since the tech couldn’t tell us anything. I understand there’s 3rd party involved so some things are out of their control but not once in the 5 hours did anyone come check on us or give an update. Instead they were actively decorating the office and what sounded like having social hour outside our door. When we finally went to ask for an update a nurse said the scans were being reviewed yet another hour later when we asked to leave, they said they haven’t even been reviewed yet. Transparency and basic patient care would’ve gone a long way….
