ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I tried to get assistance from a Dermatologist for over 6 months with no help. I was in and out at PINNACLE in two hours—-with a new Prescription, already on my first dose, with ALL paperwork and co-pay assistance in place. IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. I wish I could rate them higher. Sara Mohamed, DNP, FNP-C, DCNP and Nurse Practitioner, is a miracle worker. She is OUTSTANDING.

I switched to Dr Carroll-Chen from another clinic. The difference was immediately noticed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Front staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I was seen on time (waited over 1 hour at previous clinic). The Dr was very reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable. I fully trusted her. So glad I got to meet her.

Dr Carroll is super intelligent. She figured out my skin problems in lees then an hour. I have seen multiple Drs with no success. She is one sharp cookie.

You walk into an unfamiliar Dr. office and are greeted with a cheerful welcome in. The wait for your time for a full body check for skin cancer was minimal. In walks a friendly doctor with a beautiful dress and a big smile. I felt so comfortable as she examined me thoroughly. I would go back to her and I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology.

Very easy to work with, I had to cancel my first appointment due to an illness, they had no problem and rescheduled me. Dr listened to me, and did a very thorough job. I am very happy with them and will continue to go back annually.

This office was very nice! Front office girls and the back office girls, especially Destiny! We had a lot in common!! 😄. I saw the NP, Sara Mohamed. She was wonderful!! I just loved her. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Also they were very much on time!! That's a plus!! I will be going back when need be!!

All the staff were very friendly and professional. Was in out in a very reasonable amount of time. Didn’t even have time to read the book I had brought in case the wait was long. Good office to visit if you need a dermatologist.

What a pleasant office. The staff is so friendly and professional. They smile, which seems to be missing in so many offices these days.they dont act like you are bothering them by showing up for your appointment! I would highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology..they care, they are professional and friendly. What a difference they made in my day.
