I recently made an appointment at Pinnacle dermatology. I was reading their reviews and knew that I wanted to go somewhere that others have enjoyed. I saw Fiona Hanly and she was wonderful. I was pretty nervous, but she was kind and patient and put my mind at ease. I am happy to be in her care and happy that I chose this place. It’s clean, warm and welcoming.

This was my 1st visit to Pinnacle Dermatology. Fiona took such good care of me today. I was very nervous and she just talked to me through it all to take my mind off what she was doing. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought and Fiona was amazing. I look forward to my next visit with her in 2 weeks to finish. Thank you Fiona!

Easy front desk check in. Nurse took me to the exam room. Doctor conducted a thorough skin exam. Took biopsies of two concerning areas. Promised telephone results in a few days. Nurse called with results and scheduled follow up visit. All empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. A great visit and follow up call.

Unfortunately, had a very disappointing appointment, and would give Theresa Longo NP at pinnacle dermatology 0 stars if I could. She has a terrible bedside manner, rushes through patients, doesn’t let patients even finish their sentences or questions. Does the absolute quickest body scan possible like she does not care if she is thorough or not. If she does not like her job, she should go do something else that does not involve patient care. As a nurse myself I expect some kindness towards her patients. Very disappointed. HOWEVER, Fiona Hanly deserves 10 stars. She is incredible. Very personable and knowledgeable. Save your time and definitely see someone else more qualified such as Fiona. Would not recommend Teresa to anyone.

Always a great experience. The doctor and the nurse make sure that you are comfortable and not in any pain. Tissue is tested until you are clear of any cancer cells and they do a great job of stitching up the site so the scars are minimal. They have kept me safe and cancer free for over thirty years.

I can't describe enough, it's one of the best places to be. The doctor was a plus the best. The service was the best. The place it's so clean. I cannot say enough. I recommend this doctor and all her stuff to everybody. It's more than 5 star.
