Took our daughter in for X-rays very close to closing time and they were SO friendly and accommodating. Our 4 year old loved the team- they are great with kids and they made a situation that could have been scary for her an enjoyable one! They called us after hours with her results and called the next day to check in on her. I highly recommend this location! We were so impressed with their professionalism and level of care!!

My hearing was muffled in both ears because my body produces so much wax. I went to Physicians Immediate Care after work on a Sunday and the staff were all wonderful and helpful. They were able to relieve the pressure in my ears so I could hear better. This was the location in Jefferson Park on Northwest Highway. Thank you everyone!

I’ve been to this location on two separate occasions and they do an incredible job. Short wait time, very welcoming and friendly front desk, and knowledgeable staff. They make a trip to urgent care not SO bad!

I went here after slipping and falling on ice. After looking at a few reviews, I decided to come here for the first time. Got there at 8:03am and door was locked. I waited outside, and a young lady was walking in. I asked if they were open, and she responded, "Yes. I guess everyone's late today. " As we walked in together, there were two girls at the front desk looking at something on the screen. As soon as one of them saw me, she had an attitude and was huffing and puffing and said hold on. There were a few people waiting outside, so I went to let them in since the girl seemed bothered by the patients. She was dry and miserable, directing everyone to scan the QR code to check in, so we can scan our ids, and insurance. Essentially she wasn't doing anything yet was so bothered by us. I can't stand people who work in this industry that treat patients like this. I was there for 3 HOURS and i was the third in line. I'll never return. I'll continue to go to Midwest Express Clinic. They are super sweet and pretty fast there. I will give credit to the xray tech Sandy. Very sweet and fast. Helpful and just overall great attitude.

Wow! So didn’t think highway robbery happened at these places. The nurse practitioner who took “care” of my brother was just awful. So they took money for an x-ray that wasn’t needed. Didn’t give actual care and didn’t properly exam the injury. As a matter of fact she looked disgusted. Mind you is was way better then when it happened. How do these people have jobs. Wasted money and time smh. I’m disgusted truly. If you need care we are so screwed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to say the least.

This location - the staff and the doctor are wonderful. My family has been here several times always with professional and competent care. We travel further to this particular location and always happy we do. Thank you all for your good work, you have made a difference for us.

I had been feeling sick for a good week before I finally broke down and decided to go see a doctor. I chose this place initially because it was close to my house. At first I was a little worried that not having an appointment was going to lead me to waiting in the waiting room for hours on end. Turned out to not be the case. Was called in and seen within a responsible amount of time. All the staff was super friendly and very courteous. Would definitely go there again if I needed to. That is also coming from someone who is not a fan of doctor’s and doctors offices. Which I am sure is a behavior that was picked up from a parental figure who was the same way. The only thing I would recommended for the staff is that they move the exam table that a patient would sit on away from the wall were they keep the instruments used to check the patient’s ears, nose, and throat. That way if the patient wants to lean back and rest up against the wall while waiting for the staff to come in they can do that without worrying about hitting that equipment.

I felt welcomed and supported right from the start when I registered as a walk-in for my appointment. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They put in a lot of attention to details and provided meaningful assistance. I felt very comfortable asking questions. The care I received was spot on. My symptoms started to improve the next day.
