Not everyone knows that PSD sees kiddos but I would highly recommend them and here is why!
So Although I’m embarrassed that my 4year old had 2 cavities, this office took care of us calmly, quickly and efficiently!
Sandreya was MADE for this job and was awesome taking X-rays and making us giggle. And then Dr.V had availability to take care of those cavities same day which was awesome for my girl who was very nervous. Smiley did her cleaning while wee waited for the rest of the team to get prepped and ready! Alysia was awesome and attentive during treatment. All 3 of them pulled out all the stops to make sure she was comfortable, calm, happy and walked her through everything as they went.
I am extremely happy!!

Darli was incredibly helpful when it came to my treatment plan and payments. She clearly explained what my insurance would cover versus what I’d owe, and when I needed to focus only on the essentials, she quickly adjusted my plan and offered flexible payment options. She made the whole process feel manageable and stress-free.
Smiley was just as amazing during my exam. He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail—from the issues with my teeth to the procedures I need and how to properly care for them at home. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care.
I truly appreciate the time, patience, and genuine care they both showed!

My first time coming to Pearl Shine Dental and it was great. Welcoming atmosphere by everyone. My Dental assistant was amazing informative throughout the entire process. And did an awesome job on my teeth cleaning.
What a lovely visit I had today at Pearl Shine-Jones Road💫! The atmosphere of the office is very pleasant! My appointment timely. The office is very clean & organized. Wow! Dr. Charolia has a DREAM TEAM. It's quite obvious that he takes care of his crew! Let's see, there's Jessica who's at Reception, then there's Daniela who assists with questions about our insurance. Very respectful & patient (as I am a senior citizen) so it really matters... Then last but not least is SMILEY -you heard me SMILEY. He is the most pleasant hygienists I've ever encountered- when you meet him you'll know he genuinely likes what he does. Dr. Charolia is mega thorough. Up to date 21st century equipment & beyond. He took his time explaining everything to me with images.... I did not feel rushed at all

This place is wonderful! I was calling around for a dentist in our area. I talked to a couple different places prior to pearl shine. Most of them ranged from marginally friendly to unfriendly. The young woman answering at pearl was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Honestly I knew I had found the right place simply based on our conversation. It was only confirmed when I brought my kids to their appointment and met the rest of the staff. They are warm and welcoming, thorough, and organized. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
I am a new patient. I absolutely enjoyed my first visit today. The office is inviting and comfortable. Daneli at the front was helpful, Ryan the Hygienist was pleasant and genuine. Dr. V was attentive to my care as well. 10 out of 10 visit!
