Dr. Charles Bryant has been an exceptional pain management specialist throughout my treatment. Living with chronic spinal pain has been challenging, but he has always taken the time to listen to my concerns, explain every procedure, and make sure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan.
As I have gone through injections, ablations, and now the process of pursuing a spinal cord stimulator, Dr. Bryant has been compassionate, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me improve my quality of life. He never rushes appointments and always answers my questions with honesty and care.
His professionalism, expertise, and bedside manner are outstanding. His office staff is also friendly, respectful, and helpful, making every visit a positive experience.

Super well organized and efficient practice! Everyone was super nice and I did not have to wait months to get an appt. Very appreciative. Dr Drukker is very pleasant and made me feel that my tiny procedure was just as important as much larger ortho surgeries. The surgery center was amazing! In and out in just a few hours! All the staff, nurses and surgery staff were very friendly from the main and surgical offices! Thank you!
Dr Ochoa is a great doctor and fantastic surgeon. He took time to explain all my options and the rate of success of each of them. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions in terms I could understand. I am 2 days out from surgery and I can already put weight on my knee. I no longer have pain in the knee and I feel much stronger than before. Do not hesitate to choose Dr Ochoa for you doctor as I will recommend him without hesitation
Excellent care and compassion from the entire staff. I was treated like a person, not just another patient or a number. The entire process was smooth and efficient and the facility is ruthlessly clean. I have had surgeries in other surgical centers and this was by far the best experience. Also, a shout out to Dr. Cho who has taken excellent care of me, I'm so grateful to have him caring for my hand and wrist! I highly recommend him and his team!
Dr. Bryant was absolutely amazing during my knee procedure. From the moment I walked in, he and the nurses made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was pretty nervous beforehand, but Dr. Bryant talked with me throughout the procedure about sports, college teams, and his alma mater at Alabama, which really helped take my mind off the anxiety.
He made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal, almost like talking with a buddy instead of being in a medical procedure. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel comfortable.

I have used various DRs at Orthpaedic Surgeryy Center of San Antonio. Each one has been superb & their staff(s) equally superb. Individually & collectively they are professional as well as compassionate. I recently had hand & elbow surgery with Dr Rowland. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & I know the results will be equally good (as prior surgeries have been).
After fighting for care somewhere else for about 10 months.Dr. Bryant was highly recommended by someone whose been taking care of me since I was a young soldier. Not only was I taken care of in less then a week, I was treated really well by him and all his staff. They are very clear giving you a plan of action, they keep their appointment times and explain what is going on as they go along. They respond to messages in a timely manner.
