Shout out for Megan Powers, Dr Novack’s PA. My 17 y/o son fractured his wrist while playing baseball on a Saturday, we were able to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. We opted for a brace vs cast, Megan said that she had reviewed the x-ray with Dr Novack and proceeded to answered all our questions including return to play and concerns related to healing (growth plate). We followed up with/xrays 3 weeks later and again Megan made ample time to discuss strength and ROM deficits.
I had a great experience with this doctor. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly evaluated my condition, and made sure all of my needs were addressed. I never felt rushed during my visit, and he explained everything in a clear and professional way.
He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get the right treatment plan in place. The entire process from evaluation to follow-up was handled smoothly and efficiently.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who is thorough, respectful, and truly focused on patient care.
My 16 year old son broke his wrist. We saw Megan Powers, and she was AWESOME. She was patient answering all of our questions, explaining the findings on the x-rays, and describing how to keep his arm strong while cast. The cast was done at the same appointment. We felt like we walked out on the road to healing.
PA Megan Powers is wonderful! She is kind, attentive, thorough and really listens. I don’t feel judged or rushed. Her focus is always what she can do to make me feel better!! So glad she is a part of Dr.Novack’s team … he is the goat and she is learning from the best!!! Thank you, Megan and Dr.Novack for always taking such great care of me!
My experience was amazing! They got me scheduled in an emergency situation. Front Desk, X-Ray Tech were all very friendly and efficient . My PA Brittany was Amazing! Her explained were clear and thorough in layman language you can understand, I recommend 1000%
Amazing bed side manner! Very comforting ! She made me feel so relaxed and so nice. She spoke to me like a human not like Dr talk that u couldn’t understand! Will see her from now on!
First time meeting Jennifer Julius and I can’t say enough positive feedback. I was offered several different options for treatment, I felt confident in the treatments available to me. She was very positive and upbeat and I will definitely go back to her again!
I was able to get in next day after getting imaging done. The provider was very nice and listened to me. She was super knowledgeable on what the next steps to getting me better. Explained everything to me in understandable terms.
