Have earned more than 5 Stars in my book. Both Dr Burgess & Tracey FNP-C are great. Both are top-notch professionals. Equally important they both are just plain nice. Front office team too. I take my mom who is 96 in on a fairly regular basis. I don’t know how they do it but it seems I can always get mom in quickly , they spend as much time as my mom requires to explain & treat & they’re right on schedule with minimal waiting- often a bit early. Highly recommended
Tracy Meyers was both personable and very professional in her interactions with me today at my surgery post op appt. She gave me clear and concise directions about moving forward over the next two weeks toward my full recovery. I rate her five out of five stars.
Dr Burgess is outstanding. He can articulate complex issues to any level. His bedside manner is direct and un-complicated.
His staff is exceptional and sensitive to the needs of the patients and their support humans. They respond to calls like people did in the old days! Julia at the front desk is a magical unicorn!
I’m excited that my care is being handled by this expert and his team of service ninjas!
The post surgery chapter is underway with Melissa in the PT side has been phenomenal! The total care from front office to Dr. to post surgery care is second to none here.

The waiting room was a bit warm, not unbearable. The receptionist was very polite, Dr Burgess was very friendly, he shook hands with both of us, He took his time with me. He had several analogies about how my bone would get better over time. He also used a graph to explain how the bones heal over time! I would highly recommend Dr. Burgess!
Kraig Burgess is the best. He explains all procedures very clearly and offers options for you to choose from. He snswers all your questions and gives the best care.
Dr Burgess is the best. I’m back for round 2 of this cyst removal in my wrist. They offered for me to see the surgeon or his assistant Tracie. I do not want to see her and he was amazing and pleasant as usual. Looking forward to my surgery date. He’s the best!
